Right - here goes for another attempt at getting in shape

Currently sitting at 13 stone 12 
Shortar$e at only 5 foot 7 , age - a sprightly 51

Will post pics & measurements before close of play tmoz.

Plan is to follow a 4 day split with cardio on the other 3
Won't be taking anything apart from whey during first 3 weeks but will then run Gaspari Cytolean / Mitotropin for the last 60 days - may alter the training to fit in with the program suggestions that should come with the Mito

1 = Chest / Abs
2 = Cardio
3 = Back / Bi's
4 = Cardio
5 = Delts / Tri's
6 = Cardio
7 = Legs

Kicked off training yesterday - Chest & Abs
Decline Bench 100k x 8 , 110 x 6 , 120 x 5
Flat Dumbell bench press 90lb x 2 for 3 sets of 6
Incline flyes 45lb x 2 for 3 sets of 12
Cable X-overs 25 x 12, 30 x 10, 35 x 8

Hanging leg raises , Ab rollouts , crunches 3 x 15 giant sets

60 mins SSCV this morning

Let's get it on!

Chest = 45
Waist = 37
Upper Arm just touching 17
Thigh 25
Calf = 16.5

Almost identical to the start of the last SU

Just under 14 stone and waist 37 seems to be a point that my body is happy being at lmao

EZ Preacher curls 30k x 12, 35 x 10, 37.5 x 6
Concentration curls 3 x 9 @ 25lbs


Diet been fine today - all good!

Skull crushers s/s close grip press 3 x 40k

Looking at getting an ex bike to squeeze in some am cardio
Walking / running outside ain't gonna happen at -5 degreees!

That's about what I'm aiming for , sub 12stone should get me in reasonable nick  & ought to be do-able in 12 weeks or so.

Decided to skip a double session , will save that for later if i hit a sticking point.

Decentish chest + abs session

Decline Bench working up to 130 x 6
Flat bench working up to 120 x 4
Incline Bench 80k x 3 sets of 6
Incline flyes 50lbs x 3 sets of 8

Ab medley - Crunches , Hanging leg raises , weighted sidebends repeat till knacked

Gonna practice some intervals on Concept 2 tmoz

Control panels on both bloody concept 2's knacked & I hadn't got my watch on therefore the intervals went out the window.

So, did 15 mins rowing , 15 mins on stepper, 15 mins on bike & 30 mins on x trainer accompanied by CD1 of Ministry of Sound Running Trax 

Weighed in at 13st 8 , a nice steady 4lb down for week 1

60mins elliptical - 20 at 110bpm / 20 at 140 bpm / 20 coming back down to 110

15 mins stepper to finish off 

Back in later to work legs

I'm working on the 80:20 rule if i do the right stuff 80% of the time, I'll allow myself 20% of being naughty!!

Bodyweight chins 3 x 8
Pulldowns behind neck x 3

35 mins X trainer

Jumped on the scales - 13 stone 7 , so only 5 lb down so far - not very good!!

Managed to stay off the booze all weekend tho

Bit of shoulder work today + cardio
Major re-vamp on the diet front required methinks!
