Well my training hasn't been that inconsistent really, noticed a strength increase at the start of the cycle... That soon went as the T3 was introduced, not weak by any means did a 130kg bench yesterday and 80kg overhead press at weekend (never gone this heavy on over head press) mainly because i had a motorcycle induced shoulder injury which has never allowed that movement at bigger weights.

Happy with these considering im eating less, new goals. 100kg overhead press, and 140kg bench (only ever completed on bulks)

2 plates OH and 3 plate bench are both nice milestones. Did I mention I hit 100kg OH for 5 a week ago and nailed a 150kg bench on Tuesday.....

Oops slight cheat last night, had done a workout and was starving had a mini cheat arranged which involved chicken and lamb kebab (chargrilled) and a spgetti hot (spagetti bolognese with cheese grilled on the top... so ok but the guy was like "Hey my friend, my friend, my friend, my friend, my friend, my friend you look hungry" and he put on loads of donner meat free but i didn't have the will power to go nooooo.

So i just took it home and ate it, no biggie though.

Haha i reckon it's nigh on impossible to turn down something like that after a workout. Best not to go in there at all. My willpower would be non-existant.

If i had the money and they only knew how weak i was i could walk out with the entire cylinder of doner meat.

Hope Twilights in Billericay doesn't read MT - though it's been a while since i even had a chicken kebab!

It was rather nice tbh, nd the spagetti hot was well nice. They get a take away tin and put in spagetti chillies and bolognese sauce... topped with mozzorella and chucked in the oven!

My training partner is off on piss, he has has a stressful day and needs it.. he tired dragging me out too, i resisted but haven't had a great day myself and am having a couple of glasses of wine

Oops ate the chicken and noodles etc but didn't draw the line with junk (suppose its cheat day) just tucking in to a chicken, lamb and kofta kebab on a garlic bread... chicken wings in batter, chocolate fudge cake slice and cheese cake slice

How do you justify a cheat meal one day when the night before you effectively had a cheat meal as well?

Not having a pop, just interested to see how you structure your diet, has been a good read.

Not far off what I've been doing, though my strict food is pork chops, so I'm quite happy nomming them anyway!!

Did a PB today 85kg overhead, ive only started doing heavy overhead recently so happy with that.

Smashed a 130kg Bench Press today, surprised since im cutting as im normally weak as hell when losing weight.. my mate is bulking and he couldn't get it, unlucky lol we had a comp from jan on who can get the strongest before our hols and whoever gets the strongest gets a night out payed for by the other! Nice one.

Yeah although im pissed off i didn't go for 2, i had it in me.

The strength has only come back a bit as ive not been as strict the last few weeks with food.

Next bulk i'll be up to 150kg 1RM (well i hope i will)

Was the 85kg OHP a push-press or a strict military press?  Might go for a 90kg tonight just so I can say I've beaten you

Can't remember what my bench PB is... think its 130kg for 5, there is a video of a rather shaky bench PB somewhere from 18 months or so ago.

140 is my PB but that was on a heavy bulk where i was eating EVERYTHING

This is on a clean diet, so happy with that

Well im happy that the ole' abs are coming out, ive had so many comments on how much better im looking now which has  made me realise i never want to sacrifice condition for bulk again. Im gonna continue to cut.

Couldn't agree more there.
You feel so much better being leaner and you can see the changes much better in pictures.
Gains are much more likely to be muscle as well when you are lean due to insulin sensitivity and the bias in favour of muscle over fat.
Harder work though which is why most people prefer to eat **** daily and justify it as a 'heavy bulk'

How are you using your GH and how do you rate it?

Dropped the GH about a month ago, mainly because ive been on cycle for a while now and i got bored of shooting it ed, its good but not worth the money unless your at an advanced level tbh, but if you have the dose and are willing to spend the case then its good. I have some in the fridge, will use for PCT
