I tend to use superpump 250, no explode and no shotgun.

Use one tub then when it ends get another and so on.

Saves you getting stale.

As far as 'pump' goes, they have all been disappointing for me, that includes NO Xplode and Superpump.

As far as a pre workout supplements goes though, I have returned to Reflex Tri-Matrix Evo three times now.  Not for a pump feel though.

I am currently trying the PhD stuff, quite liking it.

It's got 1.5g beta - alanine in as well, so just add another 1.5g pwo and it's all good

Could you not alternate so your body does not get used to one supp ? one session use superpump, next no explode and so on and so forth ?

Thought that would be the case.

Got my plasma jet and superpump in my bag ready for tonight. Looking forward to see what effect this pre workout combo will do :D

Gaspari have been very clever with the packaging of their Plasma Jet product IMO, looks like a Pro-Hormone or even some Pharma grade AAS which catches the eye

Yea I know what you mean with that one mate.

Gaspari do make some quality products. Will be sure to stop by their stand at the body power expo if they have one.

Clubber do you find a lot of pre workout supps go through you ? Do you have any adverse reactions to anything specific mate ?

Just curious to see how they effect people.

With regards to post workout supps, well in particular Myprotein instant whey myself and a few friends found that it used to go straight through us and i found that it didn't help with gains. That may just be me being paranoid or I could be right. For me though, i don't have any adverse reactions to anything i'm aware of.

Anyhow, back onto topic.

Just on a further note do people find pills or powder better?

we talking Class-A or supplements? lol

powders absorb quicker as the body has to break the pills down, so powders for me.

eurgh, i read the supplements forum too much

now i kinda wanna invest in a pump product sometime in the future to see what all the fuss is about :p

in fairness though i could probably do with one as im always tired anyway so a pick me up before i train might be nice

Same here
I usually have a sugar free redbull or a double espresso if I feel a bit sluggish.

LOL my mate cant take pills so always has to cut them open and mix them with a liquid. He is doing that with his plasma jet tonight so that should be good for a laugh.

Powders normally for me mate as they get absorbed quicker than pills.

And fair play, I've only really tried the powder forms of pump products.

Right new favourite pre workout - 2 scoops superpump and a pack of plasmajet. Pumps in my forearms were actually painful at one point lol

Highly recommend this to anyone!

I can't believe no-xplode is getting mentioned so much here, of all the pre workouts I have tried that had to be at the bottom of the list, having skimmed through this topic one product I haven't seen mentioned has to be Controlled Labs White Flood. This and Athletic Edge Pre Surge for me were the best pre workout supplements I have tried.

Loved it mate! lol

Gonna go and train legs tomorrow afternoon so will be having pack number 2 then. Im hoping it will give the same effects. Even my mate who never responds to pre workout supps was loving it cos it was seriously getting him pumped up.

theres so many for me still to try, seems like a new pre-workout product is being released every few weeks, but the one im currently loving is VPX's NO-Shotgun. Great all round stim & pump product that not alot of people seem to notice or be aware of, lives in the shadows of others.

yeah its best not to have a massive blast of caffeine from a pre-workout stim then try and get your head down. Made that mistake when i started on NOX pumps when they 1st came out. lol

you can get Pump only products that dont contain stims, pretty good write up's on the few ive seen.

To Fx, if your like me (as with the stampede) im sure youll find the N0-Shotgun to be better.Saves on a pre-workout protein shake also, as protein is included in quite a hight ammount in there serving scoop.
Whats the diffrence between there version 3 and 2 then?
I got on well with samples of ver 2

apparently from monstersupplements:

What's the diff btw v2 and v3?
the V3 contains less protein and more carbs. it also has had the nitric oxide ingredients updated.

so presume carbs for the energy and not as much of the protein
