hmmm maybe it does but we dont always fit pirellis to them and have never had any problems although we do have to advise pirelli. even still the pirelli fitment in a 16" i sell at £75, 17 inch is £100

Rewarding handling and decent performance for a shopping cart. She got rid though as it was just too small for new baby and associated paraphenalia.
