is my juice underdosed:-( - 08 March 2010 20:18
week 5 of my 2ml cyp and 2ml deca cycle,and nothing much happening realy,got a bit more strenght and put on 3kg but im just getting ripped up,i wanted to bulk as im 90kg and 6ft 6,my diet is pretty much ok and train 4-5 times a week,i expected more for my first cycle,any comments apreciated

The first quote tells me it isn't.

Losing fat requires a calorie deficit to requirements.

Adding muscle is not a priority for your body in such circumstances

hes basicly saying your cals must be to low thats why its just ripping you up, add 500 to 1000 more call into your diet a day and you will see the bulk come... its all down to diet how the A/S effect you

bulking has nothing to do with how much gear you pump into your system. if you don't eat like a horse then you won't bulk. simple as that. if you really want to put on size then go 'dirty' for a few weeks. eat anything and everything.

your cycle is pony for a first time cycle mate IMO. as already said, your diet needs reviewing. post up your diet on the diet and nutrition section for advice.

Thats a lot for a 1st timer and btw shoot 1 ml deca + 1 ml cyp monday and same again on Friday....

^ The reason for this is too keep the blood plasma levels up, if you shoot the deca on monday and the cyp on friday they will spike in the system, would be better 1 ml of each when shooting.

Also if your using vials then make sure you clean  the tops before inserting the needle, if not you are risking abcesses

thanks for comments fellas,i was just thinking the amounts i am taking was not enought or underdosed,iv had no sides wotsoever bit snappy playing footy on a saturday mind,i do eat as much as i possibly can,and eat the right things.i do struggle to eat more than i am,and to be honest i aint starving all the time.should i just drop cycle and put it down to inexperience

usually ppls problem is the lack of appetite, but you mentioned your hungry all the time? if u struggle to get meals in buy yourself a decent weight gain shake - its a bit pricey but i love bsn true mass - gain great on that

i wudntny say ur gears underdosed, ur diet just isnt there from what your saying

can u post a daily intake for me and ill do my best to help u mate

also whats ur height, weight, current BF we can get u on the right track if ur still up for it

2nd that iv just got true mass helping me get just few more cals in dosnt sit on u for ages so can eat after it n before it n still get those extra 600cals

Can't comment on the gear but PartyBoy is spot on - you are losing fat yet claimed you've put on 3kg.  Sounds as though you are not eating enough.
 
You are 90kg at 6'6" - thats a lot of height and a lot of food needed.  I'm 98kg at 5'8" - nearly a foot shorter than you and to maintain my weight I'm eating 6-7 good size meals per day!

You need to get more kcals down you somehow, that much is obvious.

as i said before, if you struggle to eat then make your diet a little dirtier for a few weeks. pizza, takeaways, kfc, basically eat anything high in calories but make sure you still get enough protein down you.

cheers guys yeah i have been cramming as much in as poss,im even eating big mac,cheeseburger,fries and milkshake straight after gym,i know its not ideal but,iv got a pang for them now,cheers for info guys its well apreciated,if i have my milkshakes then i realy do struggle to eat my meals

i wouldn't overdo the dirty eating mate, it's not ideal. all it is, is an easy way of getting cals up. another example is things such as M&S smoothies. loads of cals per small bottle. all i'm saying is you dont want to run the risk of bad water retention and bodyfat % going off the chart.

Whats the ide behind eating all the **** food?
Only advantage I see is spiking insulin and leading to excessive fat gain. Yes he wants to gain weight, no reason why he can't eat clean foods and get far better results.

Simple really. 100g of oats with protein blended, 2 whole eggs

Some form of protein (200g chicken for instance), a large baked potato and 15ml of healthy fatty oil( easy way to bump up calories and elevate metabolism)

Mass gaining shake if you must

Another solid meal

Another solid meal

Protien shake, peanut butter and a few eggs


At your height and weight you have plenty of room to grow, just focus on the basics- plenty of food and training within your recovery limits.

Eating **** food will do you no favours. Yes it has its place if you have eaten your cals for the day and still have room for more once or twice a week, but to rely on it as a subsitute is just madness.

Not to mention it will elevate blood pressure and mess with your cholesterol ratios....

oh i see,i was told just cram in as much as you can:-( i didnt think it would be this hard to gain weight.im going in the right direction now i think thanks to all the help of you guys on here,how long after pct can you start 2nd cycle??im loving the pumped up feeling after a sesion:-)was thinking of test only for 12wks at 500mg per week spit into two shots 1 monday 250mg and 1 friday 250mg,and probs dbol kick start for 4 wks,cheers again for advice fellas

mate like ive said 3 times already - post up an average days food intake and thatll be the best thing you can do to see where the issues are

eating dirty is not what you want to do, youll retain water, gain fat and feel like dog sh*t
