Whats the ide behind eating all the **** food?
Only advantage I see is spiking insulin and leading to excessive fat gain. Yes he wants to gain weight, no reason why he can't eat clean foods and get far better results.
Simple really. 100g of oats with protein blended, 2 whole eggs
Some form of protein (200g chicken for instance), a large baked potato and 15ml of healthy fatty oil( easy way to bump up calories and elevate metabolism)
Mass gaining shake if you must
Another solid meal
Another solid meal
Protien shake, peanut butter and a few eggs
At your height and weight you have plenty of room to grow, just focus on the basics- plenty of food and training within your recovery limits.
Eating **** food will do you no favours. Yes it has its place if you have eaten your cals for the day and still have room for more once or twice a week, but to rely on it as a subsitute is just madness.
Not to mention it will elevate blood pressure and mess with your cholesterol ratios....
