New. Nearly ready to hit the weights.. - 09 March 2010 05:24
Hey guys,

Im Mike, 18 and i'm a student.

The time has come for me to start putting on some weight and muscule...
Im about 5,8 at around about 125 pounds.  Sort of want to be more.  I don't have a target weight but 150 sounds good :P

I've taken a few attempts at doing this sort of thing in the past but didn't even do the right 'planning'.  So this time im going to do that.  Below is the stuff I've worked out for my body and the stuff I'm gonna have to do to put on some weight.
I guess i just need you guys to approve..!

Obviously the timetable looks empty...i need to fill that in with some good protein meals.  I will get round to that!

Weetabix's......well I checked the box and it seems they offer great amounts of carbs..so that's why I've put them in..   If there's any other decent carb foods for me to eat I'd love to hear them.

This is just the nutrition side aswell obviously..Will get round to my training side of things too soon.
