I had another great idea to slice an enormous slab of donner meat, place it in a pitta bread and cover it with lettuce, onions and chilli sauce.

i do this thing where i get bread dough, make it into a circle shape, cover it in tomato puree and cheese, and occasionally meats/veg to top it with, then i put it all in the oven

i call it a cheesy tomato bread circle :)
Current goals: get back in the game

At the cinema I must have a tub of salted popcorn mixed with at least one packet of fruit pastilles. It's a taste sensation.

Microwave cheese sandwich.

Cheese on bread with no butter.  Microwave for 1:20. Then spread Mayo on top and put half a tin of cold beans on top of that.  Eat with a knife and fork.  Quality!

Sure theres plenty of people out there who have a tin of ravioli with a tin a tuna mixed in.......easy, quick cheap and pretty tasty - even nicer with a few cubes of cheese melted in as well.

Another favourite of mine is bovril and cucumber toasties - butter and bovril 2 slices of toast, the bovril needs to be on noce and thick as well, none of this ponsey light smatterering so you can still see the toast thru it .....roll it on like tar, and then place 4 thick cuts of cucumber on one, place second heavily bovril'd slice bovril side down on top of the one with cucumber on and there you have it - beautiful!

This was his post

"Cant claim it as my own but an odd snack I loved as a kid was cold yorkshire puddings smeared with treacle.

Also like peanut butter , jam and wensleydale cheese sandwiches."

You have boiled eggs, poached eggs, scrambled eggs and fried eggs, but did you know you can have splat eggs?

This recipe was originally produced by top chef James Collier during his university days.  Simply break 2-3 eggs into a cereal bowl, microwave on half power for 3 mins or thereabouts; leave for 1 minute; remove from microwave.  Spoon contents of bowl onto a plate and there you have an egg splat.

Garnish with a splat of ketchup.
