Hello! - 22 March 2010 00:24
Evening (Morning?),

New to this place. Signed up yesterday, actually left a thread in the beginners section that I hope some of you will be able to comment on (http://www.muscletalk.c...Training-m3880064.aspx). Long and short is i'm a student from the south of england, 21 years old, 6ft 81kgs a guestimate of 15% body fat and looking to lose more fat and keep on with the lean muscle. Eventually over the summer I want to start MMA, or at the very least boxing or a form of self defence such as krav maga. That's basically it. Hopefully pick up some tips and good advice from you guys on here.

Cheers,

Adam
