You knows it Angel... ying yang was short lived and has now passed on my love. So Ive changed the thread title because the cycle is all done, nearly finished PCT nad now I want to lose some gut. Started running again as you may have read and still struggling to run a mile in 10 minutes.. its that bad. Im getting some eph and caffine pills sorted so Ill stick at it. Im also considering a hardcore diet based on mrps and 1 main meal a day using appetite supps as well (phen fen). Any comments on this type of diet are welcome. Basically a slim fast diet I suppose. anyway chest today flat bench - 6*100, 5*120, 3*130, 1*135, 8*100 incline - 8*50, 8*60, 6*80, 4*90 2*100 pec dek 4 sets at 70 french press 8*28, 8*38, 6*48 tri pull downs - 4 sets at 70 of 8 tri press - 8*80, 4*90, 2*100

I aint any expert but would you not be better keeping up your food for a month or two after PCT and making sure you hold on to your strength and size and then start cutting? You might end up losing everything you gained in the first place.

He would be better doing that mate but knowing plug he will already have another cycle in mind and won't bother about losing some mass, but if he trains hard and eats plenty protein he shouldn't lose much muscle anyway.

Well last week wasnt too good, only got to the gym once mainly due to too much valium at the weekend (and the uppers beforehand) and work being fairly hectic. So back in tonight with chest again, going for a slightly different strategy for a while, reps at a reasonably heavy weight instead of pyramiding up. And I can also dip again, my shoulder is fully healed so swapped the pec dec for this today. Still magorly struggling with running. just managed a mile in 10 minutes (and I mean just). And it went a little something like this Flat bench - 6*100kg, 6*120, 4*120, 4*120 Incline - 8*60, 6*80, 4*90, 2*100 dips - 4 sets bodyweight (16 stone) 6 reps each tri pull downs - 4 sets of 10 at 70 tri push downs - 3 sets of between 4 an7 at 85kg. PCT finished today and still hovering at 16 stone. Obviously still a fat fukcer tho so the cardio eca and diet all kick straight in next week. Promise.

Recieved m caffiene tabs yesterday and the eph is to come so I took 2 caf tabs before training to see if it helped my cardio. It didnt. but on the bright side Im wide awake. Back and bis's today. Deads - 6*100kg, 6*130, 6*160, 3*180 rows - 4 sets of between 4 and 6 at 85kg Behind neck pull downs - 8*85, 6*95, 3*100 In front - 4 sets of 6 at 80kg (recently restricted my form on this from advice given hence the weight drop) hammers - 4 sets of 6 per arm at 27.5

I'm no expert as you know mate , but I would add a protein shake at brekie, watch the amount of potatoe at 6pm and add some flax seed oil to your last shake.

Actually decided to ditch the potatoes and jsut have more veg. Think I'll take you up on the protien shake first thing as well though. Cheers. Probaly have about 1.5 stone of fat to lose (hopefully) to flatten my stomach.. thats a major guess tho. Methinks Tren and var are the weapons of choice for the next 8 weeks. ,..... plus eca pondimin and the usual weekend shenanigans no doubt. Healthy cu.nt me.

Do you usually drink through the week ? if so how do you think you will manage this. I find that if I keep my drinking to two , three max nights I can lose but anymore , regardless of daily cals I dont. Whats pondimin ?

I'll answer your question from my journal in your journal coz I'm getting confused I think weight - apperance is relative. I couldn't see your height in your journal so even more unsure, but I think you would be in pretty good shape if you lost 1.5 stone as you said. What % body fat do you estimate yourself to be ?

Hopefully we can both prove this 'diet works' . Oh and dont think about trying to pass it off as your own I've already claimed it as the 'Pagan Plan'

Well carb up day was a complete success lol. 4 bags of crisps, 2 cheese burgers, special fush supper with 2 fish, bottle of wine, 4 lagers, vodka, cannabis. Healthy Started the pondimin to day but didnt really feel like it suppressed my appetite to much tbh, I'll stick it out for the rest of the week tho and see. My bl00dy eph should turn up tomorrow.

Would'nt it be easier to just....diet? Trust me the thought of dieting is far worse the the actual reality! Since April I have gone from being a 90kilo lifter to a 97 kilo lifter. I eat more, I eat well and my strength levels and physique have improved to no end!

Looooong day at work (well for me anyway), didnt get to gym until 6:45pm which is well late for me, plus due to diet and work obviously hadnt ate much tday. Add to that a double dose of pondimin which worked a treat and two caffiene tabs my workout wasnt too great. I had to condense it so that the wife could get to netball so here it is... Flat bench - 6*60, 6*100, 3*120, 3*120, 2*120 Incline - 6*60, 6*80, 5*90, 2*100 Dips - 4 sets at BW of 6 tri pulls - 4 sets of 10 at 70kg That was it plus a ten minute run, got the mile easy tonight so fitness is on the way up.

Procuring pharmaceuticals, embarking upon a regime of usage and then dieting is easier than just following a good diet? How does suppressing your appetitite and raising your metabolic rate in bursts improve your physique? You'll be weaker, have fewer nutrients to replenish/ build your physique, and ultimately loose as much lean body mass as you will fat! I know you’re "on the gear" but that will not make up for a lack of discipline and common sense!
