Shirted Benching - Session 3 Shirt was tight to get on as I was 16 stone 3-4lbs yesterday. But felt good. Benched - up to 120kg x 6 (slow) raw Then put shirt on 160kg x3 on 3-block (4.5") - kept line good 180kg x2 on 2 block (3") - kept line good 190kg x1 on 1 block (1.5") *PB - strayed from line slightly on way up, but managed to control it 200kg x FAIL on 1 block, 0.5" from block I felt pain in bicep tendon and shoulder, felt wrong, lost concentration, lost line, said "no", tried to push, but it moved towards my head, spotters caught it With the 190kg I didn't realise I hit the block, was pulling down for about a second, 'til my spotter said 'push' ... LOL, made it hard for myself Was happy with 190kg, and p*ssed that I missed the 200kg. Just lost concentration at the bottom, and BANG, it just went. Maybe next week ... Finished off with incline (only 100kg as tendons felt sore), pec dec, chest press, shoulder raises, abs

Thx mate A Titan Fury (46") EDIT - not bad for my 3rd session in it I reckon. 190kg on a 1.5" board was good. Weird to get used to, but once I have the 'line' I should be good for a bit more weight and a bit more depth. I reckon 200-210kg is needed to get the bar down to my chest. I also reckon 200-210kg will be about my 1RM. So gonna be a fine line between success or fail. But exciting stuff. Haven't looked forward to the gym this much in ages. Plus it looks mad having a bench with over 4 disks a side.

Tendons Hurting In biceps and shoulder, getting worse. Even hurt during MMA circuits. So, have dropped tren completely, and lowered test prop sode from 150mg to 100mg EOD, hopefully less water. For this week, for repair, am aking 4iu HGH ED, 2iu @ 8am, 2iu @ 5pm. Will also stop training completely for a week Let's hope this fixes!

Gear Report Now off test prop, and back to 20iu HGH EW and 250mg enan EW. Also taking 500iu HCG EW to start repair in a few months Growth sometimes 8iu in a day, but usually 4iu in morning with no carbs, or 2iu AM and early PM Mixing it up Cutting back on ECA as its stronmg stuff. Saying that on 30/200/150 tonight Body Slimming stopped, but between 16 and 16.5 stone at moment. Feel injury free and really strong. Still seeing outline in abs, but need to get better Cardio Not great due to weight, but still not bad. Need to hit Judo and MMA more (harder) and get more sparring in. Need to start pushing for my 2nd Dan. Will be back on mountain bike in summer Shirted Bench Workout Last night raw bench (warmup) - reps@ 60kg, reps@ 100kg, reps@ 120kg, 1@ 140kg, 1@ 150kg (even the 150kg was easy, and was really slow and controlled on way down, paused on chest, smooth up, trying to get technique perfect, not reps/weight) shirted bench 3@ 160kg on 3 block (4.5") 3@ 180kg on 2 block (3") 2@ 190kg 1 block (1.5") Coming on nicely, pretty close to line Shoulders Standing shoulder pres smachien to finish, got to max (200kg - for what it's worth) for 1, and repped at 160kg. Not seen stars doing shoulders for a while. Tonight - deads - my favorite

That's some delish benching there mate. Is it hard to get used to shirted? Or does it just make it easier full stop?

Hard to get shirted, or just easier? If only you knew CK ... It's soooo weird, a completely different exercise. I've had two world class power lifters showing me the ropes, and it's hard, very hard. It's honestly not like benching at all! I reckon you need to be able to rep 140kg to even get the strength to use it (well, one my size) as you need to be able to lock out 200kg ish. Then, you need a good 200kg to get the bar to your chest ... but controlling it is hard. Read through my posts for a month ago to see how. But it certainly aint a case of putting it on and lifting more.

MMA scraps? Maybe mate, but nothing on the card. My mate doing one Saturday (no head shots, but full contact other than that), and I tapped him twice in a round on Sunday ... but I do have 3 stone on him ... Trouble is my stand up striking isn't too good, but in a small cage I should get a take down fairly easily as I can cover up and run. But it's not something I'm training for, just a bit of fun. Want to get 2nd degree black in Judo first, but they've gone and changed all the rules and banned my favorite throws ... so may prove harder. Plus of course any decent level of fighter is in a different league, I'd only ever be able to do interclub or ameteur. So as for now, it's just fun ... HGH - Hmmmn, VERY VERY subtle. I wondered (and sometiems still wonder) if it's working, but then realise I'm nearly as heavy as I have ever been (when on peak of last cycle) (16 - 16.5 stone), my cardio isn't bad, I haven't been this slim since I was sub 14 stone, I look best ever. So rather than jab for a few weeks, feel slow and BANG, you're huge. It seems more like very small changes, tweaking a bit oif this, and a bit of that, in the right direction. Is it worth the cash? Not sure, I'll let you know when I come off. But am ordering another 80iu to takle during recovery. When done I'll write a formal article or something. Still have few months left though. Remember I'm taking 250mg test enan EW in between.

Bench Session Warm up to 120kg 6 reps raw Put shirt on 160kg - 3 reps - 2 block (3") 180kg - 3 reps - 1 block (1.5") 195kg - 1 rep - No block (but bar was about 10mm from chest) 200kg - fail - No block I think if the first heavy rep was 200kg, I'd have got to my chest and got it up. Bugger. This week raw, week after, I'll try and nail a 200 Cycle Counted vials, I have 32x 8iu amps. So with a 5 on 2 off @ 4iu ED, that will last 90 days. So I have 3 months on cycle. I have more than enough test amps, so am gonna up test dosage from 250mg EW to 250mg E5D (350mg EW). Am also thinking about recovery. Taking 500iu HCG EW. Have 80iu of HGH for PCT (I've heard it helps). Have enough HCG (25000iu ?) for a decent blast before I come off hear. I also have plenty of tamoxifen, clomid, letrozole, arimidex and aromasin to run whatever PCT I choose. So will be extended and will choose meds later. MMA Mate did a cage fight Saturday (level 3 ameteur, no head strikes) and it looked ace. So reckon I'll be giving that a pop later in the year, there was noone there I wouldn't have got into cage with. And heavyweight is 93 - 120kg ... so no point in me cutting to weight (I'm 103kg ish), so I may as well stay as I am. Busy Year Need to a) work towards powerlifting (qualify for british comp) b) work towards 2nd degree black belt, judo c) get into my first cage fight Gonna be hard work! Probably spill into 2011 as well Will see which I enjoy most, and that will dictate training for late 2011 and early 2012.

Progress Seems to have slowed. Still looking good, but ab definition not coming out. Legs feeling more 'toned', weight staying at 16 - 16.5 stone. Could be some water due to test and HGH. If I don't eat much, I burn out, especially when doing cardio (fighting). I fI eat more, it's better, but trying to lean. Diet not perfect I suppose, but not bad either. Still quite strong though (going up), benched 140kg for 5 reps the other day (raw), then a 150kg then 155kg single. Cardio not too bad Just a case of sticking at it I suppose. Got to think of coming off soon, doing a monster PCT, just need to plan it around my cage fight, so I'm fittest and strongest. Update and pics soon
