Good progress, cloths are a great way to tell how your body is changing as your body fat can drop, but your weight will stay the same/increase due to muscle gains. It’s low calorie food, so energy wise I’m not actually taking in that much. I have a LARGE plate of chopped cucumber and tomato, plate of steamed veg (carrots, onions, and beans), tin of tuna with some more chopped tomato and cucumber and two or three small plates of watermelon…hhhhmmm… so good However, with an appetite like mine you can imagine the damage a few cheat meals can do

Ok I had a cheat meal last night (if you can call it a meal, more like a banquet sp?) first I had my meal at 7pm after gym 200g steak, baked tato & large veg, then I just went mental! boal of oats, 3 weetabix, 6 jaffa cakes, cornetto, choc ice, 2 chok chip cookies, one yougart & two little cakes And I could STILL eat more! LOL. thats the only major cheat Ive had in 8 weeks. My cheat usually consists of a cake & custard once a week with my roast dinner on sunday I felt great the next day tho

Sounds like you’re an all or nothing man too! I’m either a sinner or a saint, can’t seem to cheat a little bit For Xmas I was given a 500g bar of fruit and nut chocolate (chocolate in Egypt tastes different to the UK, even if it’s the same brand). It sat in my cupboard for 3 months without me even moving it. However, I opened it one evening with intention of having a square a day……..big mistake…..I ate it in an hour! I kept going back for a nibble and if by magic it was all gone Like I say, all or nothing

today wasn't too good! kindda tired after a busy week at work and my daily long walks have me shattered.. diet is still going well, had a large chicken kebab for a treat tonight, and only had a couple bites from the bread finally signed myself into a Gym today as working out at home is just getting harder with no squat rack or a good wide olympic bench.. I got stuck with the bar on top of me the other day while doing my bench presses and some how managed to lift it of me but the bar went into the wall and made a lovely hole in it.. wife is really deligted today was shoulders and Legs Military Press - 8-10 Reps x5(33.5 KG) Upright Rows - 8-10 Reps x4 (30 KG) Lateral Raises - 8-10 Reps x4 (7.5 KG) Squats - 8-10 Reps x3(33.5 KG) only managed one set and didn't want to cause other ACCIDENTS! Leg curls - 8-10 Reps x3 (40 KG) Leg Extensions - 8-10 Reps x3 (40 KG) I would be hoping to make a better progress with my squats once i have the use of a squat rack or a smith machine..

Hopefully I will continue to avoid both! Trying to tell myself fruit is a treat at the moment, so I’m eagerly awaiting the watermelon season…..hhhhmmmmm!!! The watermeolon’s in Egypt are beautiful and so so cheap when in season (40p).
