got myself some Nitrix and HotRox today. had 1 Hotrox earlier and was feeling very unstill.. not dizzy though. got myself back to the Gym last week but still going easy on my Bench Presses and Shoulder stuff.. I have been on the Nitrix since last week and haven't noticed anything special so far.. wasn't expecting miracles anyway.

Thanks James, will be updating you with the hot-rox experience.. i don't have high hope on the fat loss part as in starting to see dramatic changes or anything, but i liked the energy buzz i got and will sure find out when i take it before i hit the gym.. shoulder is getting better but i don't want to over do it for now and brought down the weights for shoulder presses to half. hope you got that Alien that popped out sorted quote:

just finished putting my next routine plan.. i was advised by chiropractor to bench with dumbells while twisting them at the bottom(palms facing inward) I also have to watch out with any overhead presses so, they'll have to be done with relatively low weight.. I will approcah that by doing some overhead dumbell presses low weights * high reps.. there is my new routine.. any feedback is always appericated guyz... Mon - Chest and Triceps flat DB bench Press 4*8 incline db press 4*8 Flat Flies 2*12 incline Flies 2*12 skull crushers 3*8 Tri pushdowns 3*8 Tue - Back Deadlifts 4*8 DB Rows 4*8 Rows machine 4*8 wide Pulldowns 3*8 Thu - Legs and biceps squats 3*8 leg press 3*12 leg extention 3*8 lying ham curl 3*8 Barbell curls 4*6 dumbell curls 3*10 hammer curls 3*10 Fri - Shoulders Laterals 3x12 Arnold Press 4*12 front rises 3*8 DB shrugs 3*8

Today was Chest and Tris and went pretty well, diet is kinda messed up now coz i am on that Nitirx stuff and i have to take it on empty stomach.. so i can't do that 6 meal a day plan.. i know its kinda stupid, but i've to finish with my 6 weeks on Nitrix and hopefelly i won't regret it.. flat DB bench Press 4*8 incline barbell press 4*8 Flat Flies 2*12 incline Flies 2*12 dumbell pullover 3*8 skull crushers 3*6 heavy Tri Rope pushdowns 4*8 Supps 100%Whey Hot-Rox Nitrix Fish Oil

Might be an idea to rotate incline, flat and decline presses to ensure the whole peck is hit. For example: Week 1 Flat DB bench Press Flat Flies Incline barbell press Week 2 Incline DB bench Press Incline Flies Decline barbell press Week 3 Decline DB bench Press Decline Flies Flat barbell press Just a thought.......... i am back and still Fat! happy xman everyone... just back from egypt. took a year leave from work and went to chill for a year in cairo :s lived beside gold's gym.. made really good progress.. then. on the 25th of April i had a mega size hematoma/piles.. aparently caused by heavy lifting. 4 and half month later i had 2 surgeries and was forced to stay away from the gym! anyway, now i am back to training for the last 6 weeks or so. not back to square one, but pretty close when i was sick i lost a lot of weight, some were body fat.. anyways.. there is my routine James, in case you're lookin at this again buddy, i must say.. you're looking great man and your journal is some knowldge database now i am totaly avoiding and leg stuff for now, just untill i feel comfertable again with squats, etc. i also got rid of deadlifts and BBrows.. :S just for now tryin alternatives until i am 100% sorted down there coz i am still not. will be goin to see doctor again on 2nd of january! i do that routine 4 days a week, i also started Krav Maga and i go to it once a week, great fun and lots of physical work also i usualy finish my gym sessions with a 20 mins cardio lookin forward to hear from you all and your feedback on my routine is heavily relayed on before and after pics will be coming soon chest and Bi Flat Bench Press 6 6 8 10 12 Incline Press 8 8 10 10 incline flies 12 12 decline flies 12 12 Barbell Curls 6 6 8 10 12 Alt Dumbells 10 10 12 12 Concentrations 10 10 10 back and traps wide lats pulldown front 8 10 12 wide lats pull down back 8 10 12 narrow lats 8 10 12 15 straight arm lats 10 10 10 DB rows 8 8 12 12 uprite rows 8 10 12 15 DB front shrugs 8 10 12 15 back shrugs 10 10 10 10 shoulder and Tri shoulder press 6 6 8 10 12 db shoulder press 8 8 12 12 side laterals 12 12 12 12 front raises 8 8 12 12 skull crushers 6 6 8 10 12 tri extensions 8 8 12 12 pushdowns 8 8 12 12

hey all, been a while as i am still training since the last time, thank God.. no more injuries since.. thought to continue with my journal for the usual support and adivce. been quiet busy lately with my lard battle.. my week so far is as follows monday chest and bi + abs+ 20 mins cardio tuesday legs wed krav maga + 4 mile walk thursday shoulders and lats + abs friday back and tri + 20 mins cardio saturday off sunday 1 hour cardio fat is moving but not fast enough, guess my diet is in need for a lot of tweaking today Back+tri all exersices are done on the basis of 3 sets of 6 reps followed by 1 set of 25 reps on one week and 4 sets of 12 reps on the week after deadlifts 3*6 1*25 BB Rows 3*6 1*25 T Bar rows 3*6 1*25 Lats 3*6 1*25 close grip press ups 3*6 1*25 pressdowns 3*6 1*25 lying tri ext. 2*abs

today was cardio.. on empty stomach 1 hour of cardio machine said i lost 550 cals 15 min fast walk to the gym 15 mins very slow walk back 'almost crawling' i better see an end to those lovehandles soon and the small hangin belly. tomorrow is chest and Bi

not a single oz lost on the scale for 4 weeks now!! my waist stopped shrinking below 38.5 inches.. my diet is really tight. everyone been commenting lately over how 'fit' i look! must get my BF fat measured. weight stopped at 14st now. no more no less.. goes up as far as 14.2 late at night. tomorrow shoulders, traps and cardio posting more pix in 10 days time.
