nver give about my lack of weight loss again! almost two weeks away from the weights.. i lost 6lbs so far.. my waist measurments are down to 37 inches. i am 6ft tall.. now weigh 13.8 from an original 42inches waist 19.6 stones .. thats the only good side to the story.. shoulder is still bad.. not as bad though. physio reckons i should be ok to start training again by tomorrow. he did suggest though slashing the weights i lift by 50% and aim for more reps.
been workin on a full body plan that i execute 3 times a week, along with 3 hour cardio session and one day KM.
there is my plan so far:
all exersices done one after another with no longer than 30 seconds rest in between them

all 3*12

deadlifts
incline presses
curls
leg press
uprifgt rows
tri dips
shoulder press
lat pull
decline press
BB rows
abs*20
abs*20

did my new routine on wednesday, very light no problems.. only did two sets of 12 reps each
only feel a little tension on my shoulder while doing lat pulls! Bench or over head presses are fine..
yesterday, cardio.. did an hour and half.. wrecked
weights again today.. thinking to go split again soon
