Nice one jonny, I was wondering why you mentioned this in your posts, makes me look quite strong being up there Im well chuffed. Cant see me skipping up any places though seeings as Ineed to ad about 20k on every lift lol.

bodyweight- 100kg
squat- 160
bench-150
deads- 230
i appear to have these twig like things hanging down from my waist, not sure wat they are but dont seem to help my squat much?!!!lol

Just got back from my squating session, completed a new 220kg 1rpmax. It felt very comfortable and it been a good while since i have even gone below 10 reps on this lift!
Got it recorded on my phone so will get it posted once i work out how, or i beat it
