Day 2 Shoulder press 8, 8, 8 @ 45kg Incline bench 8, 8, 8 @ 60kg Flat bench wide grip 8, 8, 8 @ 60kg Tricep pushdowns - again, eep! 8, 8, 8 @ 40kg

Day 3 Smith squats 8, 8 @ 90kg, 8 @ 95kg Quad curls 8, 8 @ 55kg, 8 @ 57.5kg Ham curls 8, 8, 8 @ 55kg Calf raises 20 @ 70kg, 15 @ 75kg, 15 @ 80kg

Day 1 Lat pull downs 8, 8 @ 85kg, 7 @ 90kg Cable curls 8, 8, 8 @ 35kg Smith rows 8, 8, 7 @ 90kg Shrugs 8, 8, 7 @ 100kg 3 guys using the smith at the same time so had to flip order

Day 2 Incline bench 8, 8, 8 @ 60kg Flat bench wide grip 8, 8, 8 @ 62.5kg Shoulder press 7 @ 45kg, 6, 6 @ 42.5kg Arms felt weak...not good! Tricep pushdowns - using rope attachment 8 @ 30kg, 8, 8 @ 27.kg

Day 1 Smith rows 8, 8 @ 90kg, 8 @ 92.5kg Lat pull downs 8, 7, 6 @ 85kg Cable curls 7 @ 35kg, 7, 7 @ 32.5kg Shrugs 8, 8, 8 @ 100kg Been in Glasgow for a week, poor diet etc. and I'm going in for surgery on Thursday with an 8 week recovery period, oooh boy!

Im really really bored at the moment, but using the time to plan my slow bulk/cut, not sure what to pursue at the moment so planning both! I'll post up some pictures for members to comment on once I'm fully recovered though...I can almost sit up straight! Woo!

Stitches came out today, 18 in all!! Good news is the wound is pretty much totally healed but bad news is no exercise for a month yet. Im soo happy that I've got the stitches out though!!

Thought I'd try keep this journal alive! I'm recovering nicely, will find out in 2 weeks whether I can go back to the gym or not after my follow up with my surgeon. Seeya soon!

Need to keep this journal alive! Got the ok from my surgeon to get back into the gym, but to take it easy. Going to look around gyms in Glasgow in January, think I'll be going to Venice though, although there is a bannatynes nearby....

Got food poisoning again this weekend, terrible, terrible feeling! Not earning enough to support any training and diet regime but hopefully that'll change in the next two weeks.

Day 1 Deadlift 8 @ 60kg, 8 @ 70kg, 8 @ 70kg, 10@70kg Going for 80kg next week. Chins 8, 7, 5@ bodyweight Barbell row 8 @ 20kg, 12, 12 @ 40kg Definatley upping that next week. Hammer curl 8, 10, 12 @ 12.5kg Ditto. All in all I enjoyed the gym. Going to give it a week to see if I can manage the 3 day split without getting pissed off with over crowding etc. A couple of big polish lads in as well, gives me the motivation to train hard and eat well. Looks like my membership money is heading to Future Fitness.
