Yesterdays push went well Shoulder press 5, 5, 5, 4, 4 @ 52.5kg Close grip bench 5 @ 52kg, 5 @ 55kg, 5 @ 57.5kg, 5, 5 @ 60kg Going to try starting at 60kg next week, probably should have done it this week but I forgot to check the weight I was doing last week before going to the gym Peck deck 5 @ 85, 5, 5, 4, 4 @ 87.5kg

Today's pull went extremely well!! Smith Rows 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 102kg, 4 @ 105kg Supine curls 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 @ 35kg Shrugs 5 @ 80kg, 5 @ 85kg, 5 @ 90kg, 5 @ 95kg, 5 @ 97kg Strange weights because I had to do them with the cables and a bar between them.

Legs day Lunges 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 @ 18kg dumbells in each hand Didn't think I would be able to complete my sets when I started this one, but pretty damn pleased I did!! Squats 5, 5 @ 92kg, 5, 5 @ 95kg, 5 @ 97kg Calf raises 15, 20, 25 @ 60kg Weighted sit-ups 13, 13, 13 @ 25kg plates on chest

Push day Shoulder press 5, 5, 5 @ 52kg, 5, 4 @ 55kg Close grip bench press 5, 5, 5, 4, 5 @ 60kg Peck deck 5, 5, 5 @ 87.5kg, 5, 5 @ 90kg Really pleased with how today went, best push day since I got back!! Should be able to nail all 5 sets on the close grip bench press next week, I plan to do 3 @ 60kg and then will up the weight to 62.5kg on the last 2 sets.

Another amazing legs day with Wushu! Squat 5, 5, @ 97kg, 5, 5 @ 100kg, 5 @ 102kg Lunges 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 @ 16kg dumbells in each arm Calf raises 25, 20, 25 @ 60kg Weighted sit-ups 13, 13, 13 @ 25kg plates on chest

Not overly happy about how todays pull went, not sure what was wrong with me Smith rows 5, 5, 5, 4, 5 @ 102kg Didn't increase the weight today so as not to loose form Supine curls 5 @ 37.5kg (this felt a bit too heavy for 5x5 today so I dropped the weight) 5, 5, 5, 3!! @ 35kg Shrugs 5, 5, 5 @ 95kg, 5 @ 97kg, 5 @ 100kg

Really happy with how today went and may it continue after my rest!!

Pull day Smith rows 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 102kg Kept it to 102kg today so I could get my form spot on on heavier weights as I think it was starting to suffer a bit as I progressed. Supine curls 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 @ 35kg Shrugs 5, 5, 5 @ 102kg, 5, 4 @ 105kg I'm going back to Glasgow a week Friday, can't wait to get back to a proper gym again!! Oly barbells, dumbells up to 50kg, , power racks, aww bliss!!
