Yesterdays push went well

Shoulder press

5, 5, 5, 4, 4 @ 52.5kg

Close grip bench

5 @ 52kg, 5 @ 55kg, 5 @ 57.5kg, 5, 5 @ 60kg

Going to try starting at 60kg next week, probably should have done it this week but I forgot to check the weight I was doing last week before going to the gym

Peck deck

5 @ 85, 5, 5, 4, 4 @ 87.5kg

Today's pull went extremely well!!

Smith Rows

5, 5, 5, 5 @ 102kg, 4 @ 105kg

Supine curls

5, 5, 5, 5, 4 @ 35kg

Shrugs

5 @ 80kg, 5 @ 85kg, 5 @ 90kg, 5 @ 95kg, 5 @ 97kg

Strange weights because I had to do them with the cables and a bar between them.

Legs day

Lunges

10, 10, 10, 10, 10 @ 18kg dumbells in each hand

Didn't think I would be able to complete my sets when I started this one, but pretty damn pleased I did!!

Squats

5, 5 @ 92kg, 5, 5 @ 95kg, 5 @ 97kg

Calf raises

15, 20, 25 @ 60kg

Weighted sit-ups

13, 13, 13 @ 25kg plates on chest

Cheers bud, I'm really happy with my bent over row as well, built it up from 70kg to 104kg!!

Push day

Shoulder press

Really pleased with how today went, best push day since I got back!! Should be able to nail all 5 sets on the close grip bench press next week, I plan to do 3 @ 60kg and then will up the weight to 62.5kg on the last 2 sets.

Not overly happy about how todays pull went, not sure what was wrong with me

Smith rows

5, 5, 5, 4, 5 @ 102kg

Didn't increase the weight today so as not to loose form

Supine curls

5 @ 37.5kg (this felt a bit too heavy for 5x5 today so I dropped the weight) 5, 5, 5, 3!! @ 35kg

Shrugs

5, 5, 5 @ 95kg, 5 @ 97kg, 5 @ 100kg

This will be my last workout for 5ish days as I'm going on a wee Islands tour with some mates, it's probably a good time to give my body a full rest as well so it can recover. Really happy with how today went and may it continue after my rest!!

Cheers mate, I'll take a look. I've had a week of this week, been away travelling the Islands for a bit but I'm getting straight back into it on Monday, maybe change the exercises up a bit as my body needed a rest.

Kept it to 102kg today so I could get my form spot on on heavier weights as I think it was starting to suffer a bit as I progressed.

Supine curls

I'm going back to Glasgow a week Friday, can't wait to get back to a proper gym again!! Oly barbells, dumbells up to 50kg, , power racks, aww bliss!!
