Push day Shoulder press 5 @ 45kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 47.5kg, 5 @ 50kg!! Dumbell bench 5 @ 28kg, 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 30kg on each arm Did some weighted sit-ups till some bicep boys were finished on the smith 13, 13, 13 @ 20kg plates on chest Close grip bench 5 @ 65kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 67.5kg, 5 @ 70kg! Felt really strong tonight, really chuffed that I'm still progressing like this!! Woohoo!!

Pull day Deadlift 5 @ 100kg, 5, 5 @ 105kg, 5, 5 @ 110kg Dumbell row 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 42kg on each arm Hammer curls 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 @ 18kg dumbell Kind of please that I managed to progress even after my illness, it probably won't last though. I weighed myself as well and it looks like I've lost 2kgish, hopefully that's just water and fat! LOL

Pull day Deadlifts 5, 5 @ 105kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 110kg Dumbell rows 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 42kg dumbell Hammer curls 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 18kg dumbell Kept the weights the same on the rows to tighten up my form and felt the difference!

Pull day Deadlifts 5 @ 105kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 110kg, 5 @ 115kg Dumbell rows 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 42kg, 4 @ 44kg Supine Curl 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 35kg I think I'm going to change to Frankies two day split as I don't seem to have the time to accomodate a three day split at the moment. I have also lost weight, down to 82.5kg but I'm getting stronger...don't understand this!!

Feeling groggy today so no push day. Going to start on Frankies 2 day mass split next week which will consist of : WORKOUT 1 Squats Dumbbell Bench Press Dumbbell Rows Dumbbell Curls Weighted Crunches WORKOUT 2 Barbell Overhead Presses Deadlifts Dips Wide Grip Chins Weighted Crunches or some grip exercise which I'm going to hunt around ExRx for Changing to this as I seem to be neglected my legs an awful lot because of time constraints and this is definatley effecting my overall size. And I think I've been doing...or trying to do the 3 day 5x5 split for too long. I might also add in some wieghted calf raises on one of the days if I have time in the mornings at the gym.

Started with workout 2 today as my right knee is sore after last nights basketball game Overhead presses 5 @ 40kg, 5 @ 45kg, 5, 5, 4 @ 50kg Deadlift 5 @ 80kg, 5 @ 100kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 115kg Wide Grip Chins Forgot about these...d'oh! Dips 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 @ bodyweight Going to find an exercise to replace dips as my gym does not have a belt I can wear to add weight to Weighted sit-ups 13, 13, 13 @ 20kg plates on chest

Workout 1 Dumbell bench 5 @ 24kg, 5 @ 28kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 32kg Dumbell rows 5 @ 32kg, 5 @ 38kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 42kg Smith squats (no rack free ) 5 @ 70kg, 5 @ 90kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 105kg Hammer curls 5 @ 14kg, 5 @ 18kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 20kg Weighted sit-ups 13, 13, 13 @ 20kg plates on chest Quite happy with how this day went all together, but looking at my squat shows how much I've neglected my legs these past couple of months...down from 110kg 5x5 to 105kg 3x5...eep!!

Yes!! Managed to do workout 2 today Deadlift 5 @ 70kg, 5 @ 90kg, 5, 5 @ 117.5kg, 5 @ 120kg!! Dips 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 @ bodyweight Going to switch these for close grip bench Shoulder press 5 @ 30kg, 5 @ 40kg, 5, 4, 4 @ 50kg Wide grip chins (LOVED these) 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 @ bodyweight Weighted sit-ups 13, 13, 12 @ 22.5kg plates on chest

Workout 1 Dumbell bench 5 @ 22, 5 @ 26, 5, 5, 5 @ 32kg Kept the form very strict and feel confortable enough to move up to 3 work sets of 34kg next time Dumbell rows 5 @ 32kg, 5 @ 36kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 44kg Squats (proper ones, not on a smith for once!!) 5 @ 60kg, 5 @ 80kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 100kg I'm soo chuffed that I managed to do 2 plates a side when not using a smith for squats, woohoo! Bring on 105kg next time! Hammer curls 5 @ 14kg, 5 @ 16kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 18kg (moving to 20kg work sets next week) Kept form strict and ROM slow Weighted Crunches 13, 13, 13 @ 22.5kg plates on chest (25kg next time!)

Workout 2 Better late than never I suppose Deadlift 5 @ 80kg, 5 @ 100kg, 5 @ 117.5kg, 5, 5 @ 120kg! Grip started to fail after last set but hopefully will be able to get the extra set of 120kg in next week Shoulder press 5 @ 30kg, 5 @ 40kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 50kg! Really pleased with this, woohoo! Wide grip chins 5, 4, 5, 4, 4 @ bodyweight I've got up to 85kg again so this may explain the rep structure... Close grip bench 5 @ 50kg, 5 @ 60kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 70kg

Hammer curls 5 @ 14kg, 5 @ 16kg, 5, 5, 5 @ 20kg Weighted Crunches 13, 13, 13 @ 25kg plates on chest Didn't squat today because I rolled my right ankle last Monday at training and it's still pretty tight
