Lat pull-downs
(may switch this to chins again)

Shrugs

This day will change I'm sure as the summer progresses, might throw in some hypers to work my back as I can't do deadlifts because there's no barbells

Surprised I improved in some lifts considering how awful my diet has been the past few days!

My forearms are pumping after this workout, especially after the lat pulldowns, bloody hell!

Oh and on another note, weighed myself today and I've finally hit 14 stone! (used to weigh 13) Only taken me 18months! Not all lean mass, but a good bit of it is thanks to the noob grace period
