Day 1 - first session at the gym at home, obvious alterations! Smith rows 8 @ 70kg, 8 @ 80kg, 8 @ 85kg Lat pull-downs (may switch this to chins again) 8, 8, 8 @ 75kg Cable curls 8, 8, 8 @ 30kg Shrugs 8, 8, 8 @ 80kg This day will change I'm sure as the summer progresses, might throw in some hypers to work my back as I can't do deadlifts because there's no barbells

Day 2 at home Incline bench 8, 8, 8 @ 50kg Flat bench 8, 8, 8 @ 55kg Shoulder press 8, 7, 7 @ 37.5kg Close grip bench 8, 8, 8 @ 50kg Not a good day, argh!

Day 3 - legs Leg press machine (grr) 8, 8, 8 @ 100kg Leg extensions 8 @ 30kg, 8 @ 35kg, 8 @ 40kg Ham curls 8 @ 35kg, 8 @ 40kg, 8 @ 45kg Calf raises (slow ROM) 8, 8, 8 @ 67.5kg

Day 1 Lat pull downs 8, 8, 8 @75kg Smith rows 8, 8, 8 @ 75kg Cable curls 8, 8, 8 @ 30kg Shrugs 8, 8, 8 @ 80kg Not the best day but still feeling worked, forgot what weights I was using as soon as I walked into the gym...woops!

Day 2 at home Incline bench 8, 8, 8 @ 52.5kg Flat bench 8, 8, 7 @ 57.5kg Shoulder press 8 @ 37.5kg, 8, 7 @ 40kg Close grip bench 8, 8, 8 @ 50kg Surprised I improved in some lifts considering how awful my diet has been the past few days!

Day 1 Smith rows 8 @ 77.5kg, 8, 8 @ 80kg Lat pull-downs (grip getting hammered!) 8, 8, 8 @ 75kg Cable curls 8, 8, 8 @ 30kg Shrugs 8 @ 85kg, 8, 8 @ 87.5kg My forearms are pumping after this workout, especially after the lat pulldowns, bloody hell!

Day 2 Incline bench 8, 7, 7 @ 55kg Flat bench 8, 8, 8 @ 55kg Shoulder press 8, 7, 7 @ 40kg Tricep pushdowns - had to do something and the smith was being used...for deads of all things LOL 8 @ 25kg, 8 @ 32.5kg, 10 @ 35kg

(used to weigh 13) Only taken me 18months! Not all lean mass, but a good bit of it is thanks to the noob grace period
