Cheers guys!

Like AJ said I was involved in a hit and run. The f'#Ker hit my bike from behind knocking myself and my passenger off. My passenger was knocked out and has concussion, but I was a little less fortunate. I was through into a parked car and broke my collar bone, fractured several ribs and have heavy bruising along my spine, upper back, elbows, ankle and finger tips.

My pride and joy limited edition bike is a right off and although I have 3 witnesses no one got the cars number plate!

The doc says 10-12 weeks out of training and I am waiting to hear what the i8nsurance company have to say

Regards

J

Though Luck J!!!

Hope you have a speedy and healthy recovery.

Dont worry about training at this point, just concentrate on getting better.

On a side note, if this accident was in London, was it not captured in the million and one CCTV cameras scattered around the City?

Sorry to hear about your accident mate.

Can I just ask a couple of questions? I've popped into your journal now and again but never read it all the way through.....

You always seem to be in excellant condition and "cut" all the time.

What are your goals? Is it just a case of keeping the condition and slowly adding muscle? Do you ever bulk?

Thanks all and sorry to those I have not been in contact with!!!!!

I'm getting better everyday and hope to be back in the gym next week! I have lost a fair bit of size and I now have a nice healthy layer of lard around my waist and ass.

The plan will be to take it slow in the gym trying not to aggravate any of my injuries. I will start of with short 45mins burst of light weights and then slowly build back up to my heavy (heavy for me) hour sessions.

The aim as always will be to reach 80-82kg cut to the bone. I would like to push for 85kg but I’m not sure how my agency will feel about this so I will have to revaluate as I approach my target weight.

Hope everyone else is well and I look forward to catching up!

Best regards

James

I have certain commitments which require me to be fairly lean all year round. I never bulk to the extent that I loose my condition, but I will up my food and drop my cardio if I feel I need to add a little more size.

Regards

J

hiya mate, only just read about your accident aswell.. really sorry to hear about it and hope the recovery is going well

I have a question too aswell, if i may. its regarding your area of work, which i believe is fitness modelling, if i'm correct? this is something ive recenty become interested in doing myself, as ive been kind of pointed in the direction of it all, buy a few people, saying i should maybe give it a shot.

just wondering really, if theres anything you might be able to advise me doing, to kind of "get the ball rolling", so to speak.

thanks a lot mate,

regards

J
