Seem to be getting the reps down mate ive got a tip for you when training, see if you can get a pair of American Football Receiver gloves online will find them for you i think theres a store down your way as their sticky and you can really feel the bar. I use them sometimes for PB,s and really notice the difference.

You have pulled 220, so luck shouldn't be an issue in repping out 160. Depending on goals, and how strict your form is, that should be pulled for 10, minimum. Unless you are actually training for PL, in which point I wouldn't go anywhere near anything over 5's anyway.

Received my new Squat Suit today - a bigger one!

My smaller one and the briefs I bought recently will be perfect when I get the weight down, but for the time being I want to be able to train equipped once a week at home (to start with) to get used to the 'feel'.

Still took me a while to get on, but with the aid of a couple of tesco's bags (thanks Tony) it slipped up the thighs nicely! Then it was a battle to get it up the rest of my grotesque torso! Eventually I got the straps on.

But then, much to my wife's amusement something happened!

I had tried it on naked - completely. As I pulled the plastic bags down and out from my legs the right one's handle some how caught on my willy! True! It was quite painful as it was pulled/squeezed into the leg part of the suit.

Ahem - needless to say - LESSON LEARNT!!!

It did hurt mate, it really did. It came out all squashed with little bits of bag stuck to it. The missus was in stitches!

Probably sounds a bit far-fetched, but it is 100% genuine! But it won't happen again. You should have seen the missus trying to grab the guilty bit of plastic hanging out the leg!

Gonna do legs soon, and when the reps are done I shall try it on again - - WITH briefs!!!
