Shame its so bloody expensive. If it does start to do some decent work at the currennt dosage but doesn't kill it all off, i'm gonna go to the dr's and see if they will prescribe me some... as it really does work even at this low dose. Lips feeling a little dry right now tho

Chest BB Bench Press 95k x 5, 95k x 5, 100k x 5, 100k x 5, 100k x 5, 100k x 5 - Breezed these - could knock it up to at least 105k with ease next week DB Bench Press 37.5k x 5, 40k x 5, 42.5k x 5, 45k x 5, 45k x 5 - Breezed thro these as well - will be 45k all the way thro... Smith Incline Bench 80k x 5, 90k x 5, 100k x 5, 110k x 5, 110k x 5 - Breezed again - strength gains are really kicking in. Will start with 100k next week Machine Fly (without arm pads - used machine as shoulder has been dodgy on flies and trying to have as little stress on it as poss whilst lifting heavy) 50k x 5, 60k x 5, 70k x 5, 80k x 3 - gave up here - didn't want to over do it ****ing fantastic session. Weights up, strength up - loving it

Back Deadlift 100k x 5, 150k x 5, 160k x 5, 160k x 5, 160k x 5, 160k x 3 - Yeah baby! - 170k will be attempted next week BB row 90k x 5, 90k x 5, 90k x 5, 90k x 5, 90k x 5 - Will keep at this for now - back felt quite pumped after DL so struggled a little... V Bar pulldown 82k x 5, 89k x 5, 106k x 5, 113k x 5, 120k x 3 - Working out the correct weight now with roids - 106k seems about right! Overall, good workout, esp the DL

Had really really nasty back pumps when I went for walk today - was nearly bent over double when I got back to the office Think I may have overdone it yesterday and prolly hurt my back a little. Doesn't hurt other than when I go for a long walk mind which is a little odd but i've never had back pumps like that before!!! Will get a lifting belt to help I think with the increasingly heavy DL. I want to thicking my back not improve my grip and strengthen my core - I think 160k will do that anyway!!

FROM SUNDAY Triceps Weighted Dips 15k x 12, 15k x 12, 15k x 12, 15k x 12 - Need a belt - this was easy, was harder gripping the plate between my legs! lol Tricep DB press 40k x 5, 40k x 5, 40k x 5,40k x 3, 40k x 5 - Needs to be 42.5k Skull crusher 30k x 5, 40k x 5, 40k x 5, 40k x 5, 40k x 5 - Good, need to work on form Close Grip Bench Press 80k x 5, 100k x 5, 110k x 5, 110k x 5, 110k x 5 Changed to more free weights to rid machines and work those triceps

Shoulders BB Shoulder Press 60k x 8, 80k x 5, 70k x 5, 70k x 5, 70k x 5, 70k x 3 DB Lateral Raise 12.5 x 10, 12.5 x 10, 12.5 x 10, 12.5 x 10, 12.5 x 10, Upright Rows 35k x 5, 45k x 5, 45k x 5, 45k x 5, 45k x 5, 45k x 5 - piece of piss @ this weight. Will try 55k next week. DB Shoulder Press 30k x 5, 30k x 5, 32.5k x 5, 32.5k x 5, 32.5k x 5, 32.5k x 5, 32.5k x 5 - ****ed up here and did DB last when it should have come first so struggled to lift the 37.5k, dumbel @ all (I train alone...) so had to drop down to 32.5k x 5 to make it do-able. This must come first next time. Overall, a good workout bar fecking the order up for the DB shoulder press. The meds are really kicking in now to good effect. I do however I have a slight pull on my back on the left just above the hip height in the centre and it feels like a really nasty pump if i'm not careful. Will keep an eye on it. Did it with the DL's next week so a belt may be a worthwhile investment soon...

Lips on 20mg ED are pretty dry. A chap stick is seeing to that. Couple of boil like spots on my fforehead have come up - hope they are the beginning of the end.... weird how my spots are ALWAYS worse on the left hand side?

Biceps A few warm up DB curls... 22.5k x 10, 25k x 10, 27.5k x 10, 30k x 8, 32.5k x 6 DB Curl 27.5k x 5, 27.5k x 5, 27.5k x 5, 27.5k x 5, 27.5k x 5 Ez Bar Curl (weight below + bar) 50k x 5, 50k x 5, 50k x 5, 50k x 5, 50k x 5 Hammer Curls 22.5k x 5, 22.5k x 5, 22.5k x 5, 22.5k x 5, 22.5k x 5, Lying cable curl 75k x 5, 85k x 5, 85k x 5, 85k x 5, 85k x 3 Another damn good workout. Came out the gym absolutely covered in sweat, glistening from head to toe . Weights are a little variable as i'm trying to use the big jump in strength due to the steroid carefullly so I don't start pulling and tendons. Weights are definatley up, but I think I could do more. Will do it gradually so not to damage myself. Good things comes to he who waits

Tried to push thro it today but couldn't deal with it. Feel weak, fluey and no energy. Knocked it on the head early. Still, BB press was as good as a few weeks back and I think 110-115k is a real possibility soon. May do a chest day early next week again.

Chest Warmed up with 60k x 10, 100k x 5, 110k x 5, 115k x 5, 120k x 5 on BB bench press. BB Bench Press 125k x 5, 125k x 5, 125k x 5, 125k x 4, 125k x 3 - Personal best - up 15kg from previous best! Without those warm up sets, I can see 130/135k being possible! DB Bench Press 45k x 5, 45k x 5, 45k x 5, 45k x 5, 45k x 5 - Personal best again - WOOOOOOOOO! Strength is sky rocketting Incline DB Bench Press Started of working out my new strength. 35k x 5, 37.5k x 5 and 40k x 5 40k x 5, 40k x 5, 40k x 5, 40k x 3, 40k x 2 Well, I think i'd be lying if I said I was happy here. Over the ****ing moon is more like it!!

Accutane update: Back drying out. Big spots drying mostly to dry topped spots. Few red marks on the back but not turning into boil like things anymore. Looks like its doing its trick. Give it a couple of months, I think i'll be free of them. This is whilst using 500mg test, 30mg dbol and 400mg deca as well!!

Legs Squat 130k x 5, 135k x 5, 140k x 5, 150k x 5, 160k x 5 (PB!!!), 150k x 5, 150k x 3, 150k x 3 - here on in, 150k will be starting weight! Leg press 151k x 5, 151k x 5, 151k x 5, 151k x 5, 151k x 5 - PB!! Standing Calve Machine Press 178k x 5, 178k x 5, 178k x 5, 178k x 5, 178k x 5 With my squats, started at my normal weight and couldn't stop Kept going till I found the right weight and then dropped it 10k so I can do 5x5 from next week. 150kx5x5 here on in! - My goal was 150k by the end of the cycle. New target is 175k!

Back Deadlift 100k x 5, 150k x 5, 150k x 5, 150k x 5, 150k x 5, 150k x 5 - decided to drop it a little from last week because I had a really niggly back for days. Still targetting to go back up. Hopefully can make 175k by spring. BB row 100k x 5, 100k x 5, 100k x 5, 100k x 5, 100k x 5 - Think this weight is little high so will drop it to 90k again next week. Form can be improved I think with a slightly lower weight. V Bar pulldown 96k x 5, 96k x 5, 96k x 5, 96k x 5, 96k x 5 - Good form, good weight. Worked the back well. 99.5k next week I think. Good work out. New DL belt helped me this week. Felt really sore for a few days after the last back workout and I think a combination of too high a weight and no back support did it. This time, I felt worked (and sweaty!) without a crippled back Overall, good workout, esp the DL!
