just a general question mate. did you ever have any probs with flexablitly? recently i really started to pack on mass and i have real trouble with squats and getting my hands on the bar when its on my back.

Looking back at the begining of your journal in 2006, awesome progress mate!!!! How many AAS cycles do you do a year?

2-3 a year mate. Can be quite long ones tho using a variety of AAS. Flexability is massively compromised. Cant scratch my back or shoulders easily or reach behind me to grab things and the like.

Chest Decline BB Bench 170k x 2, 175k x 1, 180k x 1, 185k x F 150k x 6, 150k x 6, 150k x 5, 150k x 5 Incline DB Bench 40k x 10, 40k x 10, 40k x 10, 40k x 15 - since i'm at the limit at 40k DBs at my gym, gonna try up the reps to 15 x 4 sets. Cable Flye 45k x 10, 45k x 10, 50k x 10, 55k x 10 Thats it as the time had run out in the gym before closing. Well pleased at 180k bench tho

Papa any plans to compete mate? Do you think its worth being the size you are when some basic functions are somewhat impaired? Mucho respect on the 4 plate bench, i can just about deadlift that never mind bench it

Seems to be slowly healing up. Not rushing into deads and Squats for now. Leave them a few months till its propely healed
