Enjoying the time off. Arms feel better. Barely ate today tho, very very very poor day of eating. Pissed off at that. Need to massively up protein and cals right now to compensate. Feeling empty.

Its good! On day 3 of MT2. Should be a toasty brown colour very soon - i'm very sensitive to it - already going brown on just 2mg so far

I'm keeping off my legs as i've fcuked my back a few months back. Staying off them till Sep which should have allowed a time for it to heal. Normally squat, do leg extensions, machine squats and calf extensions. But they hurt the back if i'm not stupidly careful so i'm coming back to my legs when i've repaired. You may notice i've also dropped DLs as well. Back Bent Over Row 90k x 10, 90k x 10, 90k x 10, 90k x 10 Machine Pull Over 119k x 10, 126k x 10, 133k x 10, 140k x 10 (PB!) DB Row 40k x 10, 40k x 10, 40k x 10, 40k x 10 Tbar Pulldown 98k x 10, 98k x 10, 98k x 10, 98k x 10 Bent Over Rope Pull Down 95k x 10, 95k x 10, 95k x 10, 95k x 10 Sitting Cable Row (using the inner part of the lat near the spine) 120k x 10, 120k x 10, 120k x 10, 120k x 10
