Depending on the time of day and whose measuring, i'm about 6' 1/2" If you saw me in the street you wouldnt guess i'm 18 stone, which is somewhat frustrating, unless I had my top off and then you can see the muscle. I'm from a family line of fairly tall thin folk and and i'm massively more muscled than any of my folks, but I was naturally a thin bloke because of my bone structure. Back in the gym again tomorrowz

Couldnt gym tonite as a client ran late, he contacted me just as I was about to leave the house at 745pm and i've just finished. Damn WIll have to work twice as hard tomorrow LOL

Man my cardio fitness level is $hit! Think my prop is bunk tho as i'm feeling quite tired and weaker (see dramatically lower bench today!) despite my diet being fairly decent Got 50ml of some prop 100mg/ml made up and 20mls of 100mg/ml tren ace and 200 25gmg tabs of winny plus some t3 at my disposal. Will get going with this and as soon as possible. Got some DNP to finish the cut off.

No, this will be the 1st run. Gonna start at 200mg ED and then maybe after 4 days (on the 5th day) increase to 400mg. Alternatively may just run for longer periods

Shoulders Standing OH Press 28k x 10, 28k x 10, 28k x 10, 28k x 10 DB Shrugs (each arm) 38k x 8, 38k x 8, 38k x 8, 38k x 8, 38k x 8 Supersetted with Lateral Raise 20k x 8, 20k x 8, 20k x 8, 20k x 8 Lateral Plate Raise (to side, plate in each hand) 10k x 10, 10k x 10, 10k x 10, 10k x 10 Supersetted with Plate Raise (to front) 10k x 10, 10k x 10, 10k x 10, 10k x 10 Machine Press 60k x 8, 65k x 8, 65k x 8, 65k x 6 Then a 10 min run on the treadmill. Which was set in MPH rather than the usual Km/h. Put it on at my normal 10km/h (or so I thought) only to find out that it was prolly around 50% faster than normal. Took me 20-30 seconds to realise what was going on, in between I was doing a comedy like run trying to keep up LOL Got off dripping in sweat. Lubbly.
