217kg bench,
250kg dead,
245kg squat

yes squat seems to be there, especially at the lighter bodyweight i am now, weighing in at 14st 7lb, tried bench all night tonight, from incline to decline to bottom position, finally hit the groove once again and now it feels so comfy, so after my week off i think the bench should start to shift too, just need to find the groove for deads too...

had a weeks rest (was pre planned) and hit the gym last night, was 2lb down but that was better than hoped for,

warmed up with bar
then started with a plate each side and added a 10kg each side working up to 180kg for triples

200 kg for a single
210kg for a single
160kg for 8 reps

walkout with 250kg

3 sets of front squats working to 80kg (took it easy as not done these for years)

all in all a good workout, was very tired but refreshed after the lay off

squat session last night

triples up to 200kg (200kg triple was good and deep, nice to get back where i was once before, but took a lot out of me)
single on 215kg (heaviest on the comeback so far)
160kg for 8 reps...

was knackered after this, head throbbing, but had a good nights sleep thou

not rushing anything, the squat suit i have will be to loose for anything special, i wear it for the mid section stability, but get nothing from the drive, as the legs grow it will come into its own, i will nail 240kg by the end of the year, and aim for 300kg come end of next year, will be 40 then so i will move to the masters, but will get some more comp experiance hopefully this year also..
still weighing in at around 90kg too

Good to see you back at it mate ! 4 STONE THATS A LOT OF WEIGHT TO LOSE - Was that from you heaviest weight...I remember you being a little heavier than me at one point. I believe you was around 240lb or so...I've been from 215-235 for last 4 years...been fortunate to have a consistent boring life

last night weighed in at 14st 9lb, lost some fat and feel better for it, cleaning the diet up quite a bit and still getting nagged at times for not eating healthy enough, but i got good help from a clued up person, who i will need as the weight starts to decrese, so lots of work for you Alex

lol squat session

warmed up with triples to 200kg (found this so much easier than last week)

single on 210kg, should have gone again

single on 220kg, so another 5kg increase, i reckon the 225kg was in the bag last night but steadu progress is the way to go,

160kg for 2 sets 8 reps......

was tired after this, but felt good, will nail the 240kg + by the end of the year...
