Mightly impressiving lifting there buddy, you must be pleased with your rate of progress

wiil never be pleased mate, once you are happy the hunger disappears, i am ahead of schedule, but that means i just push the goal posts further.... aims are now a 200kg bench, 300kg squat and a 300kg+ dead, a nice 800kg total would be nice...the only thing i am pleased about is with all my lifts at the moment i am still sub 100kg

Just to add I'm doubting any off your lifts, I just like watching heavy ass weight vids.

its ok mate, i know where your coming from, got a deadlift question for you, in a comp are you allowed to roll the bar towards you as you get down and pull straight away. so you set yourself up with the bar away from you, grip the bar, roll it towards you as you sink the hips and pull ?

Sure are mate. Whe I pull in my suit my setup means that the right side of the bar rolls out. I then have to pull it back in before I lift it.

Heres me doing it

squats again tonight, did not feel very energetic so went thru the warm ups, 2 sets 3 reps 220kg then 240kg for singles for 2 sets, felt easy enough (got a vid of these too but now idea how to get them on here...) decide then to do a walkout with the 300kg, no where as heavy as i thought it would be, managed to walk out, hold for a good 10 seconds and then rack again with no problem at all, mmmm i wanna squat that weight now lol

Very nice weight. Was that with just knee wraps?

I though that but right at the end I think theres a glimpse of a titan logo on a suit.

Apologys if I'm wrong.
