Sida Cordifolia+ Caffiene +A

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supplies/capsules-and-softgels/200-x-sida-cordifolia-capsules/

melting point seemed to work but didnt like the cramps or water retention

USP labs cAMPbolic looks good from reviews

either one of those two stacked with Scivation Sesamin also get good reviews

I like Reflex Sida Cordifolia, I've done legit ECA and there's nothing to choose between them IMO...
If you can get T3, there's a nice addition to it...

A guy in the shop I sometimes buy supplements etc from told me to take Sida Cordifolia at my own risk. Why would he say that to me as a potential customer??

Side Effects:

anxiety, shaking, increased sweating, lightheadedness, dizziness, light headache, gastrointestinal distress, insomnia, irregular heartbeat, increased heart rate, heart palpitations, inreased blood pressure, stroke, seizures, psychosis etc..people who are easily depressed should be on a watch out because the eph will increase their depression. You can also get a wired feeling when you take it, but this goes away soon. Increased sweating/heat production means you need to drink more water. People with a history of heart problems should just keep away from eph. Moreover, ephedrine can be addictive if taken for more than 6 months. Increased sweating/heat production means you need to drink more water.

Myprotien: Sida Cordifolia Capsules £21.99
300 mg / 10% ephedra (200 capsules)

Reflex Sida Cordifolia Complex (100 capsules) £19.99
Guarana Extract 450 mg
Sida Cordifolia Extract 125 mg
White Willow Extract 100 mg

Which would you recommend?
With the myprotien version, you have to buy your own caffiene

For me it has to be sesamin. No sides. No increased heat. Just fat loss. Cant say enough good things about it.

should work well (never used chesteze)

chesteze has 30mg caffiene so that would be 18.3mg eph / 180 mg caffiene

so you could add another 1/4 - 1/2 chesteze tab if you feel its not strong enough

chesteze has theophylline which is a down side

the down side is its not needed in an ECA stack,

It may increase sides caused by ECA also
