I like Reflex Sida Cordifolia, I've done legit ECA and there's nothing to choose between them IMO... If you can get T3, there's a nice addition to it...

A guy in the shop I sometimes buy supplements etc from told me to take Sida Cordifolia at my own risk. Why would he say that to me as a potential customer??

Side Effects: anxiety, shaking, increased sweating, lightheadedness, dizziness, light headache, gastrointestinal distress, insomnia, irregular heartbeat, increased heart rate, heart palpitations, inreased blood pressure, stroke, seizures, psychosis etc..people who are easily depressed should be on a watch out because the eph will increase their depression. You can also get a wired feeling when you take it, but this goes away soon. Increased sweating/heat production means you need to drink more water. People with a history of heart problems should just keep away from eph. Moreover, ephedrine can be addictive if taken for more than 6 months. Increased sweating/heat production means you need to drink more water. taken from this http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/ECA_%28Epedrine%2C_Caffeine%2C_Aspirin%29/m_155953/tm.htm
