Does anyone still use this? I work long hours in an office in a fairly pressured environment and when I get home I am fairly tired and either make a curry or stir fry or order in. I am 5"10 weighing in at 13stone. I was 14 but I have hit the gym 4 times a week in order to slim down and tone up. I have yet to do a BMI check but I am looking to slim down heavily as I have gotten quite porky. I am a little picky about what I eat in as much as I read the entire 9 pages and saw green tea and museli, neither of which I like much. I need something easy to make and that I will enjoy. Is this right for me? Because if I can't make it in ten minutes or for it to be just so so simple then it is entirely likely that I won't stick to it and therefore not worth purchasing!

Hi SunTzu You do not have to have green tea and museli. The green tea will just help, and there are alternative cereals to museli. Yes there are fairly quick meals you can make - though if they involve cooking, you may have to wait for it to cook!

SunTzu - there are always other options to most foods Give it a go, see what you don't like and post it up here and we would probably be able to come up with alternatives for you.

True but no point me starting it at all if I know that I cannot stick to it and my work dictates a lot of my lifestyle so I know that I will need something that will fit in with it... And I will have a think and get back to you. Interesting comments earlier in the thread. Not as many people posting with actual results tho and oddly very few int he last 4-6 months.... all HiPaCC is mate is carb cycling for the masses if you want proof then theres loads of it around for carb cycling, all James and the gang have done is brought it to the table with a far simpler approach

That's simply because the topic has been unstickied floating in our database freely for the past 3-4 months - I only rebumped and stickied it again 2 weeks ago! But you raise an interesting point about our marketing stratergy - if it's an old topic, don't sticky it again - start a new one!!!

Im really liking the sound of this, ive tried a few things in the past but never stuck to anything. my approach to be honest sucks, and after a week or so i feel bord and mentally starving. Im currently just under 19st, after beeing 21 just over a year ago. i think the main reason for this weight loss is the simply fact that i did exercise on a regular basis, but now i want more. So was just woundering if anyone on here has tried this for a good length of time, and what results have you had. cheers people.

Ive purchased the E-Book and im interested in giving this a try, but im unsure of how to cange it around to suit my work times etc. I work nights and my training day would look something like this - 2pm - Wake 2.15pm - Breakfast 3.30pm - Gym/Weights 5.30-6pm - Dinner 8pm - Snack 9pm - Start work 11pm - Break1 1am - Break2 - Lunch 5am - Finish work 5.30am - Snack 6am - Bed I work Sunday to Friday with a day off and its a pretty manual labour kind of job. Would I just Fit the meals into te places I normally eat or would this not work? All help apprecitated.

Hi NW Just fit the meals into your normal work breaks, I assume they are spaced fairly evenly apart? I also assume you get a decent amount of sleep (at least 6 hours) every day? The only difference will mean jigging your training as, in essence, you're training in your morning All the best with it, and remember to chose one of the higher levels. Any other queries, post here

James - i'm going to be doing my dissertation for my masters on the commercial side of diets, i'll be looking at how the big diet companies compete for comptetive advantage in a fast moving market and whether its becoming more about the marketing over the product (diet) i also want to include a section in new diets that have entered the market such as HiPaCC, i wouldnt mind asking you some questions about it, like i say its more on the commercial side of it than about the diet. Would you be ok with this and if so should i post here or drop you an email?

Thanks for the reply James.I try to always get roughly 8 hours sleep and my breaks are fairly well spaced. As for jigging my training, the only time I can train is in my 'morning' time(3.30pm'ish), how would this affect things? Thanks again.

That's fine - I meant jigging your diet as per the plan in the ebook, as you need to train at that time. Should be fine - just train about an hour after breakfast and have your mid-morning snack after the gym

Hiya After months of trawling the site I have finally purchased your book and started today..Hurrah!! Just a couple of questions about food please.... For dinner can i use veggies like mushrooms, onions. peppers, pak choi etc to make stir fries, curries and so on?? I dont like oatcakes/crispbreads, is there a suitable alternative?? I cannot stomach milk however made milky coffee this morning.. is this ok?? otherwise I may struggle with the intake...alternative maybe?? That will do for now but I am sure there will be more questions Many thanks Sharon

Sharon, good luck with the diet, I'm sure it will be a success for you. I'm sure the vegggies you mentioned should be fine but I shall leave James to answer your questions.

I love cheese and milk products just not milk.... how bizzare.[image] Please let me know quantities I have started on level 2 as i have an office job but train mma and gym so quite active, I am 5ft 4 and currently need to lose 1.5 stone to be at fighting weight x lol !!! I like the structure of the diet and have in the past also lost weight with low carb eating (altho too extreme!!) The only other thing really is that I am not a big fan of glucose drinks so will poss skip this and go straight to dinner.. is this ok? Many thanks and day 2 ..... lookin goooood xx
