LOL ok. How many would say is too many.

Usually on a week day I would have about 2 sometimes 3 and sometimes 1. With skimmed milk? Usually none at the weekend!

That's fine - no more than 3-4 per day

Well just over 2 weeks on this plan. I have dropped 11lbs I know a LOT will be water. The first week I dropped 7 and the second 4.

The missus has also dropped 7lbs as well.

Pretty easy to stick too. However I do find on low carb days that I get pretty tired easily.

Thanks for the feedback. You'll get used to the low carb days though

I do not know that regimen. However, I'm guessing that's a bodybuilding related diet with the name. This isn't, it's a weight loss regimen.

Hi James !

Yes you are correct, however he did also write another one which was for the masses who weren't into lifting iron.
A quick run down of what his one is:
High protein & fat, low carbs (no more than 30g per day) 5-6 days of the week.
On the 6th - 7th day (or just one day depending how sensitive to carbs you are), you have a low ammount of protein, reasonable fat and high carbs.
The main idea is to be using fat and protein as a source of fuel for the body.

I couldn't really see what this (HiPaCC) was doing exactly, and would be interested to know a little more.
Many thanks !

Cheers - HiPaCC is a little different to that - have a read of the site www.hipacc.org or this topic and you should get the full picture.
