gaz - as promised i made these today. they are great! i have cur a bar up into cubes and mixed them through some plain yogurt - a really good pudding.

thanks for the recipe i will be using it again.

these look great will get some ingredients in soon and give these a whirl! i think ive found my new in between meals snack

does the 20odd grams of protein per bar include the protein from the sugar free jelly?

Yes that does include the jelly yes.

i made a couple of batches of these now - first one were to gooey, which was my fault as i used to much PB. The 2nd ones came out ok.

They are very sweet so if you dont have a sweet tooth you might struggle with them, if you do have a sweet tooth, you will love them.

Good recipe mate.

Did you keep things the same second time around? ? ? Only reason i ask is because they shouldnt be too sweet.

yes mate; exactly to the recipe. I think it is the 2 packets of sugar free jelly that do it. I find the sweetner really sweet.

Made another batch earlier, they are just too good.
