Monday

Flat D/B Bench --- 3x5 --- 37kg
Flyes --- 3x8 --- 15kg
C.G Bench --- 3x5 --- 62kg

Went a bit lighter on my flyes today, mainly because when I went heavy it was hurting my shoulders and elbow a bit!
Very pleased with bench though, up to 40s next week!!

Squats --- 3x5 --- 130kg
Good Mornings --- 3x5 --- 62kg

Squats felt veeery heavy!! Pleased with them, but for some reason I don't feel like I'm lifting as much as I should be for the amount of time I've been doing them

Oh Well!!

Tuesday

OMG! What a crappy session that was. I was supposed to go up to 40s but failed miserably; I was hoping for maybe 3 sets of 2 or 3, but I got 2 reps on the 1st set and couldn't get any up at all after that, so had to drop the weight down for my last 2 sets

I also forgot to check my weights before I went and didn't have any idea what I was supposed to be lifting! As a result I went a bit lighter on flyes and heavier on close-grip!

Flat D/B Bench --- 1x2 / 1x8, 1x7 --- 40kg / 35kg
D/B Flyes --- 2x8 / 1x8 --- 15kg / 17kg
Flat C.G Bench --- 1x5 / 1x5 / 1x5 --- 60kg / 65kg / 67kg

Hi mate

Good weights there will be interesting to see how you new bulk diet goes, when you start it post up stats and a pic then again in 6 weeks. You seem motivated and will make good progress. I'm on a cut at the moment so feeling the pain of not eating! LOL

Just to note did you really lift 222kg on your Saturdays Deadlift? If so thats awesome!

Good Luck

Cheers again Danny! Obviously not as much as I'd like, but I would like to be doing at least 160kg Deads by the end of the year.

Again, I've not been keeping up with my updates! I'll try and remember again!

Thursday
Dips
--- 1x6 --- 10kg
--- 1x6 --- 15kg
--- 1x6 --- 20kg
--- 1x6 --- 25kg

Incline Bench
--- 4x6 --- 57kg

B/B Shoulder Press
--- 1x6 --- 32kg
--- 1x6 --- 37kg
--- 1x5 --- 42kg
--- 1x4 --- 47kg

So disappointed with shoulder press today! Along with Curls on Saturday they just don't seem to be progressing well at all!

Saturday
Deadlift
--- 1x6 --- 115kg
--- 1x6 --- 120kg
--- 1x6 --- 125kg
--- 1x6 --- 130kg

Bentover Rows
--- 4x6 --- 60kg

B/B Curls
--- 6,4,3,2 --- 35kg (Or was it 37kg?? If it was, maybe I'm not doin so bad with these, lol!)

I've been thinking recently, and maybe I'm not as dedicated as I should be.

I've all but decided to give Serge Nubret's routine a try for a while, following a few niggling injuries and a general beginning of a plateau, perhaps a high volume routine is just the shock my body needs!

I've also been lazy re: my diet, and not keeping up with it at all. I've decided to follow a bulking diet made out for my bro. Whilst it's not ideal as he is bigger and stronger than I am, it's definately better than my current one - and maybe following the same diet will help keep us both more motivated!

Jeeesus! Just got back from first session on Serge's routine - what a killer! I didn'y do as many squats as I should have cos I felt sick, lol. Think I just need to get used to the change up from 24reps to 96!

Also, I kinda underestimated how long it was gonna take, and had to miss Incline Flyes and Pullovers cos the gym closed.

So:
Tuesday
Squats
--- 6x12 --- 70kg
--- 1x10 --- 60kg

Leg Press
--- 6x12 --- 100kg

Leg Extensions
--- 6x12 --- 20kg

Flat B/B Bench
--- 8x12 --- 40kg

Flat D/B Flyes
--- 6x12 --- 10kg

Incline B/B Bench
--- 6x12 --- 30kg

I'm startin to feel better at the mo, but the real test will be the DOMS tomorrow!
