yeah, definitely! I've gone twice as heavy, but I didn't feel anything like that before! Hopefully I might get a bit more used to it as time goes by. Not much need for cardio anymore though!

Thursday Back Lat Pulldowns --- 8x12 --- 35kg Front Lat Pulldowns --- 4x12 --- 28kg --- 2x12 --- 35kg Bentover B/B Rows --- 6x12 --- 40kg T-Bar Rows --- 6x12 --- 10kg Good Mornings --- 6x12 --- 30kg Seated Leg Curls --- 8x12 --- 28kg I'm really crap at chins, I can only do bout 4/5 at a time let alone 6x12 I'm supposed to at the beginning of this session! I did about 2 cos I'm still achy after Tuesdays sesh, so I didn't think they were worth including! Also, I'm supposed to do 2 leg curl exercises (standing and lying), but we only have a seated Leg Curl machine! Any ideas on another way I could do a ham exercise (not SLDLs tho!)? Cheers!

Saturday Behind the Neck B/B Press --- 5x12 --- 25kg --- 1x12 --- 20kg Alternate D/B Front Raise --- 5x12 --- 7kg --- 1x12 --- 10kg Upright Rows --- 6x12 --- 30kg Lateral Raise (Cable) --- 6x12 --- 2kg SUPERSET - Bicep Curls / Tricep Pulldowns (Cable) --- 8x12 --- 7kg --- 8x12 --- 10kg SUPERSET - Preacher Curls / Tricep Dips --- 6x12 --- 10kg --- 6x12 --- B/W Standing Calf Raises --- 6x12 --- 30 / 35 Some really pathetic weights, lol! But felt fookd after! Should have done 8x12 on the 2nd superset but I didn't feel I could physically lift myself anymore! Also should have done 8x12 on the standing calf raises but did 6x12 cos of time constraints, also should have done another calf exercise, but we don;t have a seated calf raise. Any ideas on another exercise (but not donkey raises)?

Well, another week of pain coming up! Tuesday Squats --- 8x13 --- 60kg (up to 65kg @ 8x14 nxt week) Leg Press --- 6x13 --- 100kg Leg Extensions --- 6x13 --- 20kg Flat B/B Bench --- 8x13 --- 40kg Flyes --- 6x13 --- 10kg Incline Bench --- 6x13 --- 30kg Pullovers --- 6x13 --- 10kg 1st time at pullovers, they didn't feel like they hit my chest at all, and just felt uncomfortable a little on my shoulders. Oh well!

Going a bit light on the leg extensions there lol and where are the leg curls for ham's? Correct me if im wrong but aren't pullovers a back exercise? Another good thing to make your squats more intense is to do curls and leg ext first

I just wussed out cos I nearly threw up last time, lol! Probly just preference, but I prefer to start with the compound as it takes more out of me and then move on to isolation exercises. LOL for my legs day tomorrow 4 x 20 rep leg curls 69kg 4 x 20 rep extension 59kg 4 x 15 rep squats 60kg 4 x 15 rep seated calf raises 80kg 4 x 15 rep standing calf raises 79kg After that i just die!

Lol, that does sound like a b*stard workout! How do you walk after!? I'm following Serge Nubret's routine at the mo, and he seems to split sessions by Front (Quads n Chest), Back (Back n Hams) and maybe Limbs (Biceps Triceps Calves). It's something I've not seen before but it seems to be workin quite well at the mo!
