A while ago...

Flat d/b bench - 35/37kg x ... ( last rep on each set was assisted ) followed by a dropset of 20kg x 5 ( last rep assisted )
Incline bench - 65kg x 6,6,6 ( last rep on each set assisted ), dropset of 40kg x 6 ( last rep assisted )
Incline Flys - 12kg - 3 x 10, dropset of 7kg x 8

D/b curls - 17.5kg x ..., dropset 10/12kg x 6
Preacher curls - 15kg - 3 x 10 , dropset 10kg x 10


Wednesday

Leg Press --- 3x10 @ 180kg
Leg Extensions --- 15,12,10 @ 40kg
--- Drop set: 6 @ 20kg
Good Mornings --- 8,8,10 @ 40kg

Some cable lateral work and some upright rows
Seated rear delt machine - 35kg

Monday

Front lat pulldowns - 77kg - 3 x 10/12
D/b rows - 40kg - 3 x 8
Rear Delt machine - 35kg - 3x12
