Solid cleans!

Why not do clean and presses and kill 2 birds with one stone?

Cheers you c0ck.

I prefer heavier cleans to easy clean and hard press - thats the only reason really.

If i could learn to clean & jerk properly i'd do that

Everythings going fairly well thanks - diet is on track, coursework is done, just need to get the exams out the way now and it's party time

This weather makes it no fun to revise though

Hows everything with your cut going so far?

I hear you loud and clear about the course work. Just submitted my last bit but got a practical to do in a couple of weeks and that's me done hopefully.

Glad to hear things are good.
Cut is going well thanks, should be able to drop about a stone in the next 14 weeks but will be doing another cycle so watch this space.
New pic up tomorrow

Just a wee update - was planning to do chest today but i'm absolutely exhausted. 2 coursework deadlines, an exam and a presentation in the last 4 days. Add in that i haven't slept properly since tuesday night and you can imagine why i'm not wanting to train today.

Will be back in the swing as of tommorow though, just exams left
