Eddie and RACK - Cheers guys. Hand feels a good bit better today, should be fine for next week.

RAD - Lol! Yeah, to be honest i think all my muscles had wondered where i'd gone!

Not done a cycle of Dbol, althougth it's still quite high in my mind to do so at some point. I'm not going to do anything though until i'm back up to standard naturally, then i'll go from there.

#### Today i just did a brisk 30 minutes on my exercise bike.

....and whilst i was at the 20 minute mark i noticed something move in my garage. About 7ft ahead of me, on the ground near my motorbikes front wheel .....i see the arse end of a big fat rat, tail and all!! I was going to get off my bike but did'nt want to interupt my 30 minutes so i carried on till i'd done. When i got off the rat had gone. I'm pretty sure it had scuttled back out under the garage door.

Oh man, i would have been out of there and on the phone to my parents or friends "can i stay at yours"

I have the craziest fear of rats. I saw one outside eating fallen bird seed years ago at our old house and moved to my grannies for 2 weeks, lol.

Good to see you back posting buddy!

Tom

Lol guys!

As i think it had literally just scurried in and out again within a few moments i'm not overly bothered .....although if i end up seeing one crawling along the bar whilst deadlifting, then i may take action!

#### Got a brisk 30 minutes done on my exercise bike this morning ......rat free!

Nope, not started any kind of 'serious' routine yet. Quite possibly next week will see the start of that.

No more vids just yet.

This evening i worked my chest.

Flat Barbell Bench Press

20 reps with 60kg (warm up)
8 reps with 100kg
7 reps with 100kg
6 reps with 100kg
3 reps with 105kg
3 reps with 105kg

Tonight was a last minute workout which i had been putting off .....i was about to go out when i finally kicked my arse into gear and just went straight down into my garage, wearing the same clothes (jeans 'n t-shirt) and ended up getting in a better workout than i'd expected.

Lifts are still relatively poor, although an improvement on previous recent chest workouts.

The plain and simple answer is that i've just been ...........lazy!!!

Not really had too much more of an excuse other than that. A few outside influences have helped my laziness, but still it's pretty much my own doing.

It's an unfortunate cycle i've gone around over the years .......I get in decent shape .....get content .....slack off ......get really out of shape .....then start the cycle again!

If i continue as i plan from today, then yes.

I'm at the point of getting real pissed off with myself now ....and that is usually when i kick myself up the arse and get things going again!
