Hi mate

I'm making a comeback too, not lifted weights since end of Nov so trying to get back into it!

Hope all things are well

ka - Cheers! I just need to get it running a bit more like it has been in the past though. My bike is a Yamaha Vmax ....where did you see i had a bike?

Griff - Alright fella! Hope things are good other than the lack of training. It was pretty much also around November time when i last did any serious lifting.

Wednesday 9th April

Worked my back.

Wide Grip Chins

10 reps
8 reps
7 reps
5 reps
5 reps

Thursday 10th April

30 minutes at a fairly brisk pace on my exercise bike.

Still very lacking over the whole week, but i've got some nice DOMS, especially in lats and biceps ....gives me the feeling that some work has been done at least.

Not done a cycle of Dbol, althougth it's still quite high in my mind to do so at some point. I'm not going to do anything though until i'm back up to standard naturally, then i'll go from there.

I am considering a anabol cycle this year myself got the stuff in just waiting to get back into a rythmn with training so might be sometime before I start

What made you decide to go for a dbol cycle instead of injections?

Oh yeah ...duh!

There is a pic of my bike of page 7 of this journal.

Not a sportsbike man myself, but i do like the performance ....so my Vmax is probs the best inbetween.

Yeah, no way do i want to start until my training and diet is back up to scratch.

Simply don't fancy injections.

This evening i worked my chest.

Flat Barbell Bench Press

20 reps with 60kg (warm up)
8 reps with 100kg
7 reps with 100kg
6 reps with 100kg
3 reps with 105kg
2 reps with 105kg

Did'nt feel like training and was a last minute push to get my arse down the gym, in fact i still did'nt feel fully recovered from last week!

Even though the first couple of sets felt a little easier than last week, i did'nt quite manage the last rep of the last set to equal last weeks workout.

I know what you mean LOL I opted for tabs incase I have a bad reaction to them so I can stop them there and then.Injections take a lot longer to clear your system so would'nt suit me

Before I got them everything was spot on now I have them bloody work has gone through the roof and everything has gone to hell...Bloody typical LOL

Slight improvement on last week .....although i did have slightly longer rest inbetween due to mates popping round after the 2nd set.
