Cheers Rack! .....wish i could say the same about my squats though! Lol!

This evening i worked my legs.

Squats

8 reps with 60kg (warm up)
8 reps with 100kg
8 reps with 100kg
8 reps with 100kg

This is the first time i've done squats or any leg work for a few months. The lifts did'nt feel too bad other than my breathing, my current fitness level is pretty crap!

Lol! I know what you're saying, but when you look at my other lifts squats then seem a bit of a joke. Although once my cardio improves i feel that's gonna help a reasonable amount.

This evening i worked my back.

Wide Grip Chins

11 reps
9 reps
7 reps
6 reps
5 reps

Overall this was pretty much on par with last weeks workout. Got an extra rep on the first set but one less on the third set .....although my rest between sets was far less this week.

Were your legs feeling it after the squats?

Yeah, still felt it right up to the weekend!

The rat has been spotted a couple of times, but not inside my garage this time! Lol!

This evening i worked my chest.

Flat Barbell Bench Press

20 reps with 60kg (warm up)
9 reps with 100kg
7 reps with 100kg
6 reps with 105kg
4 reps with 107.5kg
3 reps with 110kg

Tonights workout was very rushed and also done at the last minute, therefore i was real surprised to get quite a decent improvement on last weeks lifts!

Compared with last weeks workout, some sets were up and some were down. Overall though i'm fairly pleased with it considering i did jack all else last week and my diet has been laughable in between!

Yeah it's slowly coming!

I get sidetracked a little too easy though, but i feel so out of shape that i get pissed off and that's what motivates me to get back to it .......plus summer is coming!

## This morning i did 30 minutes on my exercise bike at a fairly brisk pace.

## This afternoon i worked my chest.

Flat Barbell Bench Press

20 reps with 60kg (warm up)
6 reps with 110kg
5 reps with 110kg
5 reps with 110kg
2 reps with 115kg
2 reps with 115kg

Felt a bit crap and weak when i did my warm up, but actually got a decent enough workout in the end.

Although reps were down from last weeks session, this week there was a good improvement in strength.
