For strength - No, for lactic acid buffering and endurance training - Yes

I'm not aware carnosine has any effect on strength but it does have an effect on enhancing muscular endurance and recovery.

Btw if looking to supplement, I'd recommend a combo of the amino acids beta-alanine and histidine which actually combine to form carnosine in the body. You can supplement wth carnosine itself however this is not very effective at raising blood plasma levels.

i can get injectable carnosine from MR, one bb on another site said he used it pre wo and was sh*t hot while training (meaning intensity and strength was realy up)

Oral carnosine is converted back to alanine and histidine, then back to carnosine.

Not sure if this would be the same as inj carnosine!
