only got it this morning mate, going to start on monday, ill keep you posted.

Starting seo on monday injecting my traps. Was thinking of training heavy twice a week as normal then on my days off just do very light high reps shrugs to get the blood pumping around. Is this the right way to go about it?

Yep, that's correct. Do those pumping sets after the shots each day.
Also, since you are doing traps, that's a huge muscle. You might want to increase the size of the shots as quickly as you can - as soon as you are not sore from 1ml anymore (a couple of days) go up to 2ml, then 3ml then 4 ml per trap. It's a huge muscle, it can take a lot. You'll look like Goldberg soon too ;)

I am mising something I guess. But they all say oral use.
I want to shed a few pounds of bf before my next bulking cycle. I am considering the syntheburn and or Syntheselen. Do the usual blood pressure etc warnings apply to both products.
Is this an intra muscular jab or oral....I may just be being very dim and missing the whole point????

SyntheBURN is oral - capsules.
Syntheselen has to be IM or SQ. Otherwise it won't work.
Most of their products are like that. They are made in a pharma lab, sterile, so everyone in the know knows to inj them...
I don't think that you will have any blood pressure problems with Syntheselen. You might with SyntheBURN.

Big A if I am 155lbs that is 2 shots 1.5ml each. One in the morning and one at night (that seems to be what bros on your web are suggesting)
How long would you recommend staying on? Is it like an eca/clen which needs cycling?

2 x 1.5ml shots sounds good. I assume IM? You can't do more than 1ml per site SQ or you'll get a lump.
You don't have to cycle it in any shape or form as it's not a hormonal product and also the body doesn't get desensitised to it either.

SEO UPDATE
just done the first 5 days of seo 1ml per day each trap. Already a huge difference and they are not swole either. Doing 4 sets of 25 light wieght shrugs (50kg) after every injection to get the blood pumping around plus my normal 3 sets of 8 (150kg) twice a week. Going up to 2ml tomorrow for 5 days. So far im impressed with the stuff and ill keep you posted.

Depends which brand do you have. Syntherol is the thinnest and it goes through even a 29g insulin pin. Most use 25g or 26g. 1/2" to 1" as you want to vary the depth. You want to use the smallest gauge pin possible so you minimise scar tissue.
Other brands like PnP don't go through anything smaller than a 21g.

If using syntherol on bis would same principal apply? i.e. I have plenty of 5/8" and 1" pins - alternate depths to aid "build up"?
