Hi there,
I am on my second day of Stimerex ES. It contains 25mg ephedra alkoloids. I also am taking 81mg of aspirin with it. I am taking one per day so far. Next Thursday is my 21st birthday so I was wondering can I have a few drinks at night if I had taken a pill in the morning? I don't want to take any risks really but just wondering if anyone has ever had alcohol before with it in a day. Or should I not take it that day at all? I really appreciate your responses. Why do you suggest kaizen, I've never heard of it but I just googled it and it comes in 8mg. Have you ever tried Stimerex?

stimerex never, but I can tell you that kaizen and other ephedrine hydrochloride like efedrin arsan are the strongest ephedrine available on the market.
Stimerex contains ephedrine alkaloid not ephedrine hydrochloride that is more powerful.

Any body experienced mood swings whilst on ephedrine?
I ve never noticed this as a side before and i ve done it a lot in the past. Just a bit confused as to why i want to hurt soo many people and why i m getting wound up soo easily!

yes i did. took just before the gym halfway through training my gf phoned reminded me about her bros birthday party. i was smashed that night!

Can anyone advise as to whether it's worth using the ECA Stack only once daily before a workout?
I work on a Chemical Plant and taking any kind of stimulant in that environment would be a very bad idea hence daytime doses are not possible.
I workout 4/5 times a week with a mixture of Running, Swimming and Weights and eat a reasonable diet yet i'm finding it difficult to drop lbs.
Want to lose about 16lbs by June if possible.

Hi, Have been reading up in ECA for a while now and found this site and responses very informative. I am looking to begin taking ECA but im undecided as to go for a pre mixed version such a ThermaLean or purchase the products individualy. Any suggestions ?

CD, I assume you workout in the evenings, if so - No, eca would be a bad idea.
BT, I would suggest that you try both approaches at some stage. Opinions are split on the 'best' type.

hi party boy, sorry if this is your second email, im usless with computers. can you help me out please. iv got some natures super caps and they have changed since i last had them, they were 10mg enphedrine alkaloids and i know its 1, 10, 3 eca but they dont say how many mg is in them although the place i got them from says 25mg. on the bottle it says proprietary formula 833mg. mormon tea(ephedra viridis) leaf. L- phenylalanine, green tea (leaf) caffeine anhydrous, cayenne, jadorandi, theobromine, nadh. i have know idea how many to take or if i take c and a with them. im stuck. please help xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi all, I'm Rob new to the site but saw a lot of good information so I figured I would register.
PartyBoy looks like a question for you. So after reading up on a good few of the pages here I've decided to give the ECA's a shot. Previous to that I tried zenalean pro with some pretty good success. I dropped about 15lb in a 6-8 week period along with some good dieting and excercise. I have about 15 more to go and its been almost 2 months since I've used any ephedra product.
I'm looking to get that last 15 lb and figure I'd like to try some ECA. Any reccomendations for the best premixed one and where to buy it ?
I'm 6 foot and at 215 now. I'm trying to get just under 200 for my ideal weight and want to make sure I get with a good product to help me along.

also what is the ingredient listed for asprin in an eca? on the sitesites ive seen it doesnt acctually say asprin i guess its in another form ?

acctualy just took a look we arnt allowed to speak about the source (which is fine) just wanted to know then i guess if i should take a 1/2 asprin with therma lean or if it is hiddin in the other ingredients

The herbal equivalent of asp is White Willow Bark (salicin).
Product recs can be found on page 1. Astro have ceased shipping of eph hcl though there is an alternative either suggested via astro site or contained within this thread.

I am not a member of this site. However, I have been reading this thread and I figured I'd throw my experiences out there.
I have been using ECA (Ephedrine Caffeine Aspirin) for close to 6 months now. When I started, I was 220 (5'11, chubby to overweight). I am now 170. Thats 50 pounds in 6 months.
I started because I did Adderal and wanted the same weight loss side-effects at a lower cost and without the negative stimulant effect of adderal. I have always used ECA in a 1:10:15 Ratio. This has always been my understanding of the ratio, until I read this site, I was sort of taken a back by it.
Generally I take 3 stacks a day, about 6 hours apart. However, I have been taking more recently (4-5 stacks a day). I think this is probably the highest amount you can take and still be safe. I disagree that the aspirins purpose is debatable. I never take stacks uncompleted (missing any components).
I get my caffeine from Caffeine Pills you can buy at any CVS/Walgreens/Drugstore, however Grocery Stores typically do not carry them. They come in all different brands, but mostly look for Stay Awake or No Doz. Those are most standard. I pay about $4 for 100 200mg Caffeine Pills. I find that if I do not have at least 400-600mg of Caffeine a day, i get headaches and desire caffeine, however caffeine dependency is a well-documented topic, so I will spare you.
I get my Ephedrine from Gas stations. This is the most bizarre part of the trio for sure. I have never really had the guts to inquire about other sources to get Ephedrine from, whether it be someplace in town (a vitamin shop) or online. I always have to sign a log book when I go there, so you will need to be 18 to purschase this. I usually buy a brand called Mini Ephedrine, it comes in a box with blister packs of 24 225mg pills. 25mg is ephedrine, 200mg is guafanstein (filler chemical, don't think i spelled it right, they put it in there to make it harder to melt it down for illicit drug uses).
I generally swallow them all three at once and drink tons of water. I eat very little while on ECA, usually just one meal a day.
my advice to everyone in this thread trying to change or add or take away part of the trio. Don't! Just buy each component of ECA yourself and don't buy these overpriced dietary supplements which rely on ECA to work. You are getting the best possible method of thermogenesis. You obviously (look at my 50 lbs lost...) don't need anything more extreme than that.

I tried ECA( 18.3\200caf\75Asp) and it was AWESOME! I did my best 1000m running ever!
Today I took it again for the second time, and my performance wasnt half as good as the first time i took it..
Should i just stop taking it\ my apetite is not gone either as it was on the first day, is my body adapting just by trying it once\

How do you rate the 'CHEST-EZE' tabs. I just bought a few packets and planning on going for a 4-6 week cut using them (18mg of Eph per tab)
waiting for my caffiene tabs to arrive also (200mg per tab).
Would you start on 1 chest-eze tab ed + 1 caffiene tab straight before a workout
I will be doing 45 mins weights followed by 25 or 30 mins cardio
