Just wanted your thoughts on this new trainning routine im going to be following for 4weeks. (Anyone trying this please dont go over 4weeks as it may lead to overtrainning the chest) Monday — Chest (thickness) A. (Heavy Exercise) Neutral grip dumbbell press Reps (6 sets) 1 x 7, 1 x 5, 1 x 3, 1 x 7, 1 x 5, 1 x 3 B1. (Post-Fatigue Exercise #1) Decline bench press (3 sets) 6 to 8 B2. Two-position cable crossover (3 sets) 8 to 10 to high position, then 8 to 10 to low position C. (Special Exercise) Combo dumbbell/cable press (3 sets) 10 to 12 D. (100 Reps Set) Half (peak) reps on pec deck (1 set) 100 Tuesday — Quads/Hamstrings/Calves (low volume) Wednesday — Chest (width) A. (Heavy Exercise) Wide-grip bench press to neck (4 sets) 6 to 8 B1. (Post-Fatigue Exercise #1) Decline dumbbell bench press (3 sets) 8 to 10 B2. (Post-Fatigue Exercise #2) Half dumbbell flyes (3 sets) 10 to 12 C. (Special Exercise) Combo concentric dumbbell press/eccentric dumbbell flyes (3 sets) 10 to 12 D. (100 Reps Set) Half (stretch) reps on pec deck (1 set) 100 Thursday — OFF/Abs Friday — Chest (upper portion) A. (Heavy) Incline barbell press (5 sets) 5 B1. (Post-Fatigue Exercise #1) Incline dumbbell press (3 sets) 8 to 10 B2. (Post-Fatigue Exercise #2) Incline cable flies (3 sets) 10 to 12 C. (Special Exercise) Combo concentric cable press/eccentric cable flyes (3 sets) 10 to 12 D. (100 Reps Set) Machine incline press (1 set) 100 Saturday — Back/Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps (low volume) Sunday — OFF/Abs

ORIGINAL: ice_mach dont think many on MT have tried it, give it a go, CT says the results come once you go back to normal training- deload Ive already tried one of his other programes which ive posted a while back, the 20lbs of Hollywood Muscle. Amazing gains so i thought i would give this one a good.

I think you would only really benefit from that routine if you are anabolic user.

I imagine because of the huge volume................ Try it out Bader and see how it goes. I personally wouldnt put so much emphasis on one muscle unless i was happy about my size in all other areas (which im not).

What? No Squats?   Sorry. I know its only a 4 weeker,but it still looks like a bit too much volume to me. More for your joints really.Elbows and shoulders are gonna take a good hammering.you'll need to keep your joint supps very high IMO. Loads of glucosamine and cod liver oil me thinks. you should do a journal,let people see how it goes.
