So true mate i don't suit a skinny face and was really getting sick of all the negative comments,face is looking much better for gaining some weight.

Progress pics.

These first one got taken easter weekend weight 13s 1lb very low carbs and a fair bit of cardio,deflated balloon

,the rash on the chest is from shaving/last years primo cycle.You can also see how minging by varicose vein is becoming

Tony i think i got as far as i could tbh mate,i think to have got any further i would of needed proper hands on guidance if the contest had been for another 6-8 weeks i might of considered it but really i feel much better now that my weight has gone up a bit.

Thanks mate got to say youve made an amazing change to your physique in whats been a fairly short time period,really wouldn't think your the same person.Xmas pics were taken with my old canon but its about knacked started getting a green line across pics used my mams cheapo one for these,hinted for my missus to get a new one for my bday

best room in the house for taking tat pics is the bathroom.

Thanks for that, i think i couldve done much better if it wasnt for binges but i am getting better every day now. You look like youve put on a good bit of mass since your last cut pictures too. Good luck in the end results of the shapeup mate im quite curious as to how it will turn out
