Here's a couple of tat pics.

The pic of my calf with the brown marks is damage to the skin from varicose veins
i had them stripped a couple of years ago,the orange carp covers the discoloration.
Still working on this calf at the minute another 2 sessions and it should be done.
The muscle rip idea has been done a fair few times, came up with the idea of having
my calf done japanese style with a section at the back ripped away to show the muscle.

The other calf is a bit of a mixture,i don't do the whole "my tats have a deep meaning bollocks"
They are simply picture that appeal to me,i like solid outline and basic detail, this calf is
just a few pics i found that i liked with some japanese style background work,i saw a sleeve done
fully in leaves blowing in the wind and loved it thats the reason for the leaves.

The work on the chest is flash by paul booth, would love a custom piece by him but its not going to happen.

Chest and sleeves have been done over 10 years and they are starting to loose there
crispness.

Some quality ink you`ve got there mate!

I love Paul Booth`s stuff,he`s a hell of an artist,I`d love a really menacing, dark demonic piece somewhere by him!

I want some coverup work doing, but the piece I want covering has a lot of black in it.It goes from elbow to near wrist(not the piece in the photo by the way )

Any ideas?

Hard to say without seeing the pic, japanese work is good for coverups.

^^^Whats the theory with short range of motion on the close grip presses ? I've just started doing close grips again and I'm feeling a bit of a pull in my elbows when I go right down and was debating trying a shorter rom myself

Shorter range of motion allows for heavier poundages, don't no how effective its going to be but i'm going to try anything at the minute to see if i can get past this plateau on arms.

On the partial CG benches are you planning on increasing the range of motion each week?
