LMFAO unfortunately their is a flaw in this cunning plan their both males

I always fancied keeping rats heard great things about how intelligent they are and how you can train them.

Now my two (Scooby and Shaggy named them meself LOL) sleep all fcuking day then wreck the cage at night........ trust me to get the ones with mental problems PMSL

Its a exercise i read about years ago and thats the name that was used.

You lean against a wall squat down low then go up onto tip toes, its a bit like a partial seated calf raise, they burn like hell but you can really run the reps up thats why ive chosen to superset,i get one of the kids to sit on my knees to add a bit weight.

Chest bis today

Decided to try flat bench for a few months.

flat bench 3x8
high incline d/b press 3x10
flat flyes 3x12

superset
preacher curls 1x7,6
lying cables 1x10,9 these have got to be the strictest bicep exercise ive ever tried tris against the floor arms at sides, really painful to do.

reverse ez bar curl 2x10
