T3
Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs
8-weeks total.
6 Week T3
So if you look at part 1 of my suggestion (before taper)
Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-11: 100 - 125mcgs (reduction of 7 days i.e. 1 week)
Then part 2
Days 11-13 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 14-16 : 100mcgs
Days 17-19: 75mcgs
Days 20-22: 50mcgs
(reduction of 3 days from original)
Then part 3
Days 23-28 : 37.5mcgs
Days 29-33 : 25 mcgs
Days 34-42 : 12.5 mcgs
TOTAL 6 weeks

do you think you could prevent catabolism on T3 on 50mg Winny ED?

I started 6 week winny course last Saturday and will pick up some T3 tomorrow. Is it ok if I run the last 7 days at 12.5mcgs after the 6th week of winny (ie into PCT) or should I run the winny (oral for another week)?

Yes run into PCT you are at a low dosage allowing TSH to readjust.

T3 is very effective, though is catabolic, hence the need for anabolic support. I would rate it above Clenbuterol, though stops short of DNP (which can be deadly incidently!).
Care must be observed when using thyroid meds to avoid thyroid shock. The worst case scenario would leave you dependant on thyroid medication for life.
Other side effects may include excessive sweating, nervousness & tremors, rapid heart beat, fatigue.

Hello Party Boy,
Some excellent advice on this page. I am just about to go on a cutting cycle. I am limited as to what I can get hold of (living in Malaysia). I have the following,
Win / Stanozolol Tabs 2MG Maufacturer Zambon
Clen .02 MG Manufacturer Dee-Pharma New Dheli
T3 L-Thyroxin 50mg Manufacturer Berlin-Chemie (doesn't mention T3 on the box etc)
My plan was to go 6 weeks with the Win and Clen and use the T3 (which is my first time) for three weeks in the middle tapering up/down from 50 to 100 mg.
Whats your thoughts ? .....

Hi colin
Winny & clen sounds good (though I don't envy you gobbling so many of those little pink zambons lol).
L-Thyroxine (or levothyroxine) is T4 bro. This is the "weaker" thyroid hormone and depends on conversion rates to T3. Dosages are normally 4* equivalent T3 dosages - so 100mcg T3 would be 400mcg T4. I would always opt for T3 over T4. Liothyronine is what you need for T3.
In the case of T3 is essential to taper slowly (especially back down), so 3 weeks isn't ideal and would leave little scope for time at peak dosage. Due to the longer half life of T4, the taper can be performed slightly more quickly, though is still required.

Appreciate the fast response. Pissed about the T3. In this case and given I was going to cut over six weeks would you have any recommendation on the cycle using the Winny / Clen and T4. I have plenty.

Winny 50mg ed weeks 1-6
Clen taper weeks 1&2, 5&6 (taper as per clen 'sticky')
T4 I would run something like this:
Days 1&2: 200mcgs
Days 3&4: 300mcgs
Days 5-23: 400mcgs
Days 24&25: 300mcgs
Days 26&27: 200mcgs
Days 28-32 : 150mcgs
Days 33-36 : 100mcgs
Days 37-42 : 50 mcgs

There are no hard and fast rules. 8 weeks seems a reasonable length of time to attain desired condition - unless of course you start using it too far out (which shouldn't be necessary).

Thanks for that mate. I'm about to start a course of T3 and will have an extra 3 or 4 days worth. I'll simply add these into the middle of the course as per Wronguns sticky.
