Back is still a wreck !!! Seeing Chiro tomorrow and nothing heavy for me till comp..well I have to at least try a carry and load as I've never done it - Hopefully the rest will do the trick..

Skipped Chiropractor..gonna hit some Strongman stuff this weekend FIRST...then go early in week and get corrected, then no heavy anything, just pump up and rep work tom
A bit surprising but my bodyweight was 102.5kg today..thats down 7 lbs from comp 2 weeks ago !!

Not sure..only person I ever speak to is Pat, the promotor - I may here from him this week. I think me and Mark Sauter are going to NEW BERN for the RAGE contest. I feel weak as piss ATM -
I've trained twice in 2 weeks..I'm going to gym tonight regardless as I'm stiffening up worse every day from lack of training !!!!

tonight just messing around really
machine bench 135x10, repeat, repeat
seated strict press barx10, 95x10, 115x10, 135x10, 185x1
inc dumb press 55x10, repeat, repeat
cable pressdowns 120x10, repeat, repeat

stones 185x5 no tacky
185x1 shoulder
yoke picks ..light weights
coc 1 - total of 25 closed right hand, 5 left (just does not fell right in my left

gonna hit some speed dead singles and try to carry a stack of plates simulating a keg carry then I'm done till next weekend

Friday - going tnight and pull a few singles toward 600lbs, tehn some rep back work.
I also plan on loading the oly bar end piece with plates and doing some carries, simulating a keg as i've never done it before. Contest is next Saturday. i have no plans of winning, but want to put my best towards deadlift record. Its going to be difficult to hold back though as its just not my mindset when in the situation. tom

Yeah, gonna try it. Actually might try it then compare to my Titan squat suit. Not going balls to walls though. My coach said i should do nothing, but I'm hard headed

AAh, not worthy of any vids
Deads 135x5, 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x1, 495x1, 565x1 in Metal suit. its too loose as I told the Elite fitness guy it would be
when he recommended a asize 50
I'll be deading in my 5 year old Titan squat suit I suppose next Sat.
lat pulls 3x10, seated rows 3x10
Simulated Atlas stone with oly bar end, 45s and large bands around for grip. 180x5, 215x5
then picked from floor..sort of like a keg would be and carried 40 foot, set 2 70ft -the contest will be kegs 175, 200, 225, 250 carried to a flatbed truck 20-30ft away then push the truck

I'm not ready for contest, but going and do my best. I feel a 600 lb dead is doable, but you never know when its after other grueling events.
AFTER this contest its a 7 week buildup to the powerlifting contest...then I need some serious strongman event training on a regular basis and try to really improve stamina, strength and technique !!!!

Exchange it for a 48 maybe even a 46.

I actually just had an amazing experience with EFS; ordered a pair of Convict wraps, and the Westside Seminar dvd. I used the cheapest shipping option, international, and it only took 2 days

I know..the size charts on the website pointed me toward a size 46...sales guy said I'll send it if you want, but you will wish you had a size 50...so I took his advice unfortunately. You think they would swap it for a minmal charge ?

Probably as your is That contest had me more fatiqued than any I've done cause it was so back intensive and I think because of the pace it went at. After this weekend I'm getting back on consistent training and try to get better across the board on events !! Master Nationals are waiting if I can keep my BW down close to 105kg but its in freaking NEBRASKA which might require me raising some $$$ for travel.
