Hey, I'm a 19yr old student who was involved in football till recurring injuries destroyed my fitness when i was 17, now going down the sports and exercise science route i'm happy to take on any advice from older more experienced people in any shape or form,

well ideally i'm looking to increase muscle strength and mass aswell as cardiovascular fitness, but i'm not living in a dreamland so cardiovascular is my priority then toning and sculpting...

What is your current training in terms of football training and playing, as games and training will obviously help with aerobic fitness and also anaerobic for short bursts during the games.

I personally like to include HIIT and more endurance based runs during the week when trying to improve fitness.
