i suppose not dawn, your dead right. She's exhausted still from all the stress of organizing the move, doing a brilliant job of it though. Couch and bed shopping on the weekend for us, cant wait I just know it will be pink and fluffy looks like we could be in within 4-6 weeks. Cant wait to move gyms, there's a place called cat's gym i think just up the road from billinge thats meant to be really good. ill tell her you were asking after her, thanks

Quite a good leg workout tonight, not done legs for a long time so really pleased with the wobbly legs i gave myself after this! Legs 4 x 8 60kg Squat(atg) 4 x 15 Calf raise 40kg 3 x 8 leg curl 40kg 3 x 8 leg extension with pause 40kg Good pump, but my legs are so far away from what im used to, hard to get used to abbreviated training

Really good thanks malc, just been and ordered our couches and chairs for the living room, and ordered the bed as well. think we got some really good deals, all interest free, no deposits, next to nothing delivery. And i got my ELECTRIC RECLINER!!! WHOO HOOO!!!!! Happy doesnt come close! Just got the big tele to get now, wasnt allowed to get it today we have to shop around first. Think ive found the one we'll get though 32" samsung, 1080p, 3 hdmi, 15000:1 contrast. Probably the first time ive worked them in over a year! And they are paying me back big time for it!! So, so tense and tight, keep on stretching them out but its no good. Some sort of super DOMS! hahaha

Even if i do say so myself the pump from tonights workout made me look the way i want to look all the time! I think this buffered creatine and no2 stuff im taking is starting to work. Looked like i have on previous cycles of stronger things, if you get my drift. Just a dam shame i cant work my muscle groups totally, although i think there is some slight carry over to my chest and shoulders from the things im doing, stabiliser muscles in particular so all is not totally lost. HIIT this week after my brief and intense weight workouts, felt i worked the whole tricep with minimal elbow and shoulder grief so another variation on a workout i can complete realtivley pain free Tricep's OH DB Tricep Press.... 1 x 8 16kg 1 x 8 22kg 1 x 8 26kg 2 x 6 32kg Tricep pushdown 3 x 8 Stack Tricep rope pulls 3 x 8 10kg (very full movement felt ace!) 10 mins HIIT Tabata on bike 10 mins HIIT Rower 15sec on / 45 sec off Felt very vain looking at myself in the mirror of the sun beds afterwards! hahahahaha Vanity can be a good thing

Okay workout tonight, really had to push myself through it kept on yawning and feeling really tired for some reason, must have had a hard day in work. Biceps 1 x 8 10kg + bar Curl station 3 x 6 20kg +bar Curl station (cant remember for the life of me what these are called!) 4 x 8 8kg Twisting DB Curls 4 x 10 20kg Cable curls 10mins HIIT Tabata on the bike 10 mins HIIT on the rower So not a great workout or pump tonight, feeling really draned to be honest. just going to have a hot bath and stick classic FM on to chill out to. Worried about my other half think the move is getting to her now, she's making herself ill with stresss i think, not sure what to do? Keep on trying to cheer her up constantly, hope it works and were in soon.

Back tonight felt like i was going to throw up during this and had to lie down after! not sure why, prob the speed of the reps and the very short rest periods. Back 1 x 8 60kg DL 3 x 8 65kg DL 3 x 8 60kg BO Row 3 x 8 40kg T Bar Row Not too bad a session, nice feeling in my back and rear dlets off the BO Row, felt good. Well bed is bought, reclining sofa bought, tv tommoz, cable sorted for the tele phone and broadband! Offer confirmed today in the post, so full steam ahead!!!!!

How well does your shoulder fare with the BO rows? I've always found it quite a tricky motion, especially when you get worn out after deads and such. Glad to hear life going fairly well for you otherwise though, keep telling the GF you love her etc. and bring her flowers etc. that'll calm her down... there'll be all sorts of things she'll be worried about, not just the stress of moving.

Triceps done today, improvement on last session. Seem to be really responding to more intense and frequent workouts, id say rest periods are down to 1min and under between sets and im really focused on every movement. Triceps 2 x 8 16kg OH DB Press (both hands) 1 x 8 24kg 2 x 8 32kg 1 x 6 32kg Straight Bar Pushdown 2 x 8 stack Then 4 sets of reducing the pin by one Rope Pull Down 4 x 8 6.5kg Shrug 1 x 8 60kg (oly bar) 2 x 8 100kg The BB shrugs i thought would be a major problem with my shoulder but they were completley pain free! Cant beleve ive been missing these out and letting my traps go to **** because i thought it would aggrivate my shoulder! very annoyed with myself. Really pleased about these as my traps were a strong point of my body, will be striving to get them back up to scratch

Good day so far, taken the day off for various things, saw a consultant regarding my torn ligaments. apparently its the medial ligament ive torn and will take a little bit longer to sort out than i had hoped for. also got the design for my tattoo put in motion today! Blue japanese dragon curling up my arm with cherry blossoms dotted about and the head on my chest! My girlfriend insists its a big one but im not so sure. (just re-read that! Oooh Matron! hahahah)

biceps last night, okay workout i suppose nothing special. Biceps 2 x 8 BB Curl 10kg+ Bar 1 x 6 20kg + Bar 3 x 6 30kg + Bar Seated DB Twisting Curl 4 x 8 10kg Concentration curl 4 x 8 6kg (very light weight but done VERY slowly with maximum contraction and focus on the peak of my bicep) Feel its important to visualise the movement that your doing at the same time as doing it, total concentration given to the movement and weight.
