Give JP a big hug from me. I'm sure once you're in the house it'll all seem worth it.

Hug given and appreciated!

Done my pegs (legs) tonight and all weights up or reps easier so im pretty pleased, wasn't even really blowing on the squats so im hoping my muscle memory is kicking in

Squat
1 x 8 20kg
1 x 8 60kg
3 x 8 70kg

Calf Raise
4 x 15 40kg

Leg Curl
3 x 8 45kg

Leg Extension

3 x 8 45kg

No real difficulty in any of the movements tonight, had a slight twinge in my knee on one rep squatting but that was all. feel i should be back up to 100kg in no time at all and got my DL back up to over 100kg as well. Just hope i don't start to look to weird with no pressing moves at all!

Tattoo design is being drawn up as we speak by OJ at thou art in Sheffield, should be ready in a few weeks, really cant wait for it to be started.

Need some good news as my work have just shafted me big time! feel really let down, its showed how trusting and naive ive been so far in my career i guess ive learned the hard way.

Back session tonight, think this frequency of training is really shocking my body to respond and as the weights are all still really light im not overtraining, will have to see where this takes me.

Back,

Lat Pull down

1 x 8 30kg,40kg,50kg,60kg
2 x 8 70kg
1 x6 70kg drop set to 40kg (KILLER!)

1 Arm DB Row

4 x 6 32kg

Straight arm pulldown

3 x 8 12.5kg

Real nice pump again after this.

Got a meeting in manchster tomorrow with a wealth management company, hopefull going to impress upon them my eagerness to have the new challenge this job would bring and the hard work and dedication ill bring to the job.

what a really special weekend this has been, had some sort of crap throat infection and been in bed for 2 days so far. best bank holiday weekend for a while, get well just for work no doubt on tuesday!

my girlfriend thinks its because ive not had a let up from the gym for a couple of weeks, she may have a point but ive felt great in every workout, not tired at all or overexerted, the weights have been light but i suppose the intensity has been quite high so it may have affected my immune system a touch.

may just have a week of cardio this week for a break then 4 weeks again of hammering it.

Join the club mate, I'm laid down with flu and have been for over a week. It's costing a small fortune in lost earnings as I'm paid for the days I work, not by means of salary .

Doctor said I'll probably be laid up all this week too.

Hope you've just got a cold!

Have you been to the doc yet? I'm on antibiotics now and I've got a blood test tomorrow. It sounds like you have something similar, so I'd strongly suggest you drop by the doc's too.

Need to own up, didnt go the gym yesterday. finding it hard to motivate myself after this week off weights.

forcing myself tonight to go, just need to get back in the swing of things. especially looking at this flab i have it needs to go!

not willing to give in to do a cycle until the fat is gone.

or i get to a lean 13 stone. so 1 and a half to go. determined though to get fitter for summer

Nice session back in the gym tonight, carried on with the progression of weight from before my break of a week.

Back

Deadlift

1 x 8 60kg
3 x8 70kg (all done in 5 mins, nice and quick good form, very easy)

Bent Over Row

3 x 8 60kg (just about completed these, but really worked my back and rear delts)

20 mins incline 5, speed 5 on the treadmill.

Felt good to be back in the gym, no problems with the shoulder felt fine through all the ROM of the movements. Really motivatd to lose the flab this time and keep my strength increasing. really hoping muscle memory exists, but happy to take the time getting to where i want to be and not rush and **** things up like i usually do!

thanks hun xxx

Triceps tonight, fell asleep before the gym tonight im so tired was up at 6 with some idiot a few doors down tuning his 900cc bike! Could not beleve it, god knows what his immediate neighbours thought. complete family of chavs though where i fear words would quickly escalte to something more!

OH DB Press

2 x 8 16kg
1 x 6 26kg
3 x 8 32kg (just! Trying for more ROM each time i do this, aggrivated my shoulder though as on the last rep i had to twist the weight round my head)

Tricep Pushdown

3 x 8 stack
1 x drop set 20+ reps

Rope Pushdown
4 x 8 6.25kg

Shrug

3 x 8 100kg (oly bar, also held on for as long as i could on last reps to improve grip which is pitiful)
