here at 10 stone around aged 14 (probably be 11stone if i didnt do weights now)


JANUARY 07

heres one at 18yo my lats look huge here, going to malaga for 6 months in march so ill be tanned like this again : )

heres my abs at 17, im doing more cardio at the mo so hopefully these will come back, how many calories should i burn each workout if i go 5 times a week?

Is it natural or did you use any gear?

In the picture you mention 'lats' i take it you actually meant your 'traps' !?

yea traps sorry, dont know why i said lats. well i tried russian dbol when i 18 cause the guy that sold them to me said "your dose will be a drop in the ocean compared to proper body builders, they do 50x5mg tablets a day + injections" i was just gonna do it for a month as a growth experiment and never do it again, thinking id do a small dosage like those on channel 4 program a of years ago. so i started on 15mg a day for a week, then moved up to 25mg for a week and started getting started getting pains in my heart, so i decided to stop and never touch them again. its best to get big in a healthy stable way. im not sure how much more i can put as im definitely an ectomorph in that pic aged 14.

well i didnt start body building until 16, 14s definitely too young. though i remember i was 10 stone when i started weights so my body cant have changed much since i was 14. what does natty mean?

yea i wanna keep bulking but i wanna my bf down 10% from about 19%. i heard 10 is the best for bulking, so i was planning on doing was keepin at 10 while bulk if all goes to plan, for the last couple of years i havent done much cardio, so now im gonna start burning upto 2500 calories a week i think, ive gotta be careful i dont wanna lose any muscle from lacking extra food in my diet

As long as you allow for the cardio with your diet it should be fine, in fact i would recommend cardio at any stage, whether bulking or cutting.

I always feel much better when im doing cardio as well as weights.

im now 14 stone and am 18%bf

i got my arms up to 16.5" but have gone back to 16.25"

i am now doing an hour of cardio along with an hour of weights 5 days a week, which burns about 625 calories each hour i do on cardio, im due to go and live in malaga for 7 months on the 16th. i want to increase my training to 6 days a week when im there and do a 2-3 hours martial arts training a day, adding up to a total of 4-5 hours in the gym, meaning ill have to go twice a day

not sure what i measure cause im in the costa del sol and i have no access to a tape or a bf tester. im must be dropping fat though cause i usually 1 hour of cardio a day 5 days a week.

i go to the gym twice a day for 4 days out of the 5 ( 9 workouts total)

all my muscles are done in the weeks first 5 workouts, which i do in the first 3 days (forearms are done every day but switching to a different part, same for abs)

im doing some cutting workouts aswell, while my muscles are still resting from those 5 heavy workouts and then on the 5th days workout i go back to a what i started on the 1st day

What other tattoo's do you have? Neck tattoo's are a big step imo. You can hide them ever. 20 is a young age to make that decision.

I don't quite understand this...You are 19% bf and want to get down to 10%...and then keep bulking while at 10 % ??? 19% bf is fine on a bulk...but 10% is quite lean and likely only achieved on a cut...
